This location has a lack of care and follow through. I ordered cookies two weeks ago and they were delivered to my house unfinished and missing half of the cookie toppings. Also one of the cookies was wrong, but confirmed it was still in stock. When I called the lady said she was sorry that they were busy and she would refund me or I could pick up a new set tomorrow. I opted for the refund. I then tried to order cookies again two days later as I understand things happen, and it happened AGAIN with a cookie missing that I paid more for as it was a special cookie. I immediately called it again and the person said she was sorry they had a ton of orders and she would just refund me. I was told if I didn’t get a refund in 4-5 days to call back. Not understanding how my stuff wasn’t packaged before they sold out of the Dubai brownie, I received it warm when it’s suppose to be cold and the chocolate wasn’t set. The pumpkin cookie was horrible. It came out dark, oily looking and not nearly as big as the other cookies and it’s suppose to be a soft cake cookie and mine was completely raw in the middle and fell apart when i picked it up.
