This was the worst service they've ever had. First off my order was complete on the app but mysteriously wasn't showing on the ipad. The lady doing IPOS says make sure this is the right location. I showed her that it was and she says I'm not from here I just moved so I don't know. I'm telling her it's right, I've been living here for years and come to this CFA 2-3 times a week. It's not her fault its not showing up but it's her attitude to explain I may be at the wrong CFA and I know where I am. Question is why don't you? So I drive up to the window and the manager and associates see my issue and acknowledge I am in the right place and offer to fix it. They ring up my order again and ask me to park up front. Please tell me why I sat 30 minutes and NO ONE brought my order. I walk in and the manager asks can he take my order forgetting who I was and I tell him how he already took my order and I've been sitting and waiting. He goes and checks the screen and it shows he rang it up and the girl bagging food says oh I didn't see it. They take their time getting my food together and the manager did offer me a certificate but free food doesn't fix my time wasted and their lack of care. He almost sent me off with no drinks. I had to ask for those and there were no sauces after asking for those. They've never been this awful. I dont know if it's management or too many new people, but the least they could do is know where they work and the name of their...
Read moreI used to love coming to this specific location, despite having others in my area. But my encounter on Monday April 27th, makes me question whether I would continue to go any of them. Often when I order chicken noodle soup, I hardly have any chicken. When I addressed this problem, one of the shift managers by the name of Ty, begin to berate me LITERALLY, right in front of my face. His cynical attitude along with a worker named Wanda, made me question the integrity and valuable customer service, Chic-Fil-A has always been known for. They gave me another soup, while loudly stating that it would be the same. When actually the second one they gave me had less chicken then the first one. How hard would it have been to speak to the kitchen and see if they could scoop a portion that has visible chicken. But this was not the case. I felt so angry and disappointed with the obvious attitude of irritability coming from these workers. Professionalism is truly lacking at this location. At no point should a customer be able to hear co workers discussing issues within the restaurant. Such as the night shift not doing what they are supposed to be doing. This establishment needs to evaluate the ones they put in delegating positions. I wonder how many other customers have been the victim to this lack of...
Read moreLet me start off my saying I love Chick Fil-A. However, today I had the WORST experience at this location. Yolanda who was working drive through window id incredibly rude. I arrived at 7:15am and got to the the intercom to place my order and no one answered after sitting there for a bit, I pull up and wait in line behind every other car and sat in line for atleast 15-20 minutes. I pull up the window and asked politely if I could place my order at the window. To which Yoland says no I need to drive all the way back around (mind you there are atleast 10 cars behind me and I have to be to work at 8:00am). I have worked at a drive through so I know she can place an order at the window. Anyways I left this chick-fil- after being denied service.
I did call back and spoke to the manager who told me that Yolanda was wrong and that they are able to take my order at the window. The store manager was very sweet and understanding.
I have a vendetta against Miss Yolanda lol but seriously … she should NOT be working at an establishment like Chick-Fil-A with her horrible and horrendous attitude and demeanor.
I also could just be hangry because now Im at work and have nothing to eat thanks to her. :(
This also isn't the best or safest area of Charlotte so not surprised that the service was...
