I keep trying to love this location because 1. It’s 5 minutes from my home and 2. Its Dunkin’. I love Dunkin’ coffee. But this location just can’t seem to get it right. I always order on the app and my drinks are always wrong. (As in the flavor and coffee to almond milk ratio, etc) One time they remade the drink 3 times. I order the same drinks at other locations and they are perfect so I’m not sure if the issue here is poor training or employees that just don’t care if your coffee is right. It’s just coffee so, no, it’s not the end of the world however if it’s how you start your day, it’s a good feeling to have good coffee. I’ve done curbside and I’ve gone in for service. Curbside is normally quick. The staff attitude does vary as other reviewers have noted. It’s hardly ever busy but when it does get busy, the staff seems overwhelmed. I wanted to go several times before leaving a review. Today was probably my 5th visit. I made my order simple today hoping they couldn’t mess it and when I got home, my coffee tasted burnt. 😔
Update 12/14/18...I downgraded my rating to a 2. I wrote an email to corporate because I REALLY want to see this location win. As a former business owner, I get it. You need time to get it right. I expressed my concerns and areas for improvement in the email. I got a call from the manager of the store who was extremely nice and asked for input on how they could improve which I offered. She comped me drinks for the week to make sure they could get it right. They didn’t. Yesterday I ordered a coffee with almond milk and caramel, they didn’t put any caramel and I didn’t realize it until I reached my destination. Read moreThis place genuinely sucks. They recently changed their hours from closing at 6pm to closing at 5pm - annoying but ok. I come in at 4:45 on the way home from work, and I’m immediately given a disgusted look by the male employee. I just give a polite grin and make my way to the self service kiosk. That’s right- they don’t even have to help you or take your order, but you’re still an inconvenience. The female employee with long lash extensions then turns back and SHOUTS at me from no more than 4-5 feet away that “before I order we don’t have anything except iced coffee since we are closing so don’t bother!” I just wanted a refresher… which they have premade and I could see ingredients for, but alright. The way she shouted at me like I’m some villain for entering a Dunkin’ Donuts and taking my own order at 4:45pm really rubbed me the wrong way. I said “my bad” resisting the urge to say anything snarkier and walked out. This is not the first negative interaction I’ve had at this location. I don’t know what happened to the polite young female employee that used to be there in the afternoons until maybe the past couple weeks, but I will say I had positive interactions with her. Read moreHad a free coffee on the app, and mind you I was really excited because I love their coffee...the app is linked to a card that also doubles as a gift card and instead of just swiping the card and giving me my coffee and pay the difference for my 🍩 the supervisor on duty blurted out( with and attitude I might add) that "you have insufficient funds". I'm like I just want the free coffee. Not to mention it was wrong and had to be remade twice. Then as there is a line of people waiting, she blurted out "there are not going to be any sandwiches made I'm not gonna be two places at one time don't order no sandwiches" she was very rude and disrespectful to her staff and customers as well.
