Dunkin' — Restaurant in Charlotte

There is a Indian man that works the counter and he has no real personality and seems to go out of his way to humilate customers. I like to get large or xlarge frech vanilla with 2 creams. Depending on the size i get anywhere from 12-14 sugars in my cup. Every single time... EVERY FREAKING SINGLE TIME i go and order, he makes it a point to repeat the amount of sugar I want in my cup loudly and with a sneer. Normally I brood in silence but today he said it so loud and so many times that people in the dining area turned and looked at me. One woman even went to far as to tell me that was how I get high sugar. I think she meant Diabeates... I don't care about her. The woman who was making the coffee was standing right next to him but he felt the need to shout AGAIN that I wanted 12 sugars. Then I ordered a sausage croissant no egg no cheese double sausage. He repeated that loud at least four times saying "No egg? At all? NOt any cheese?" as if I were doing something wrong by not getting egg or cheese. I also asked that it not be toasted. He neglected to put that instruction down. I finally was free of this condescending jerk when I noticed that the older guy in the black polo shirt was putting my croissant in the toaster. I asked him was that for the double sausage no egg no cheese. He said yes. When I told him I hadn't wanted it toasted, he snatched it out of the toaster and and literally threw my bread on the prep counter.

Their bottles of chocolate milk were expired by MONTHS. When my mom went to return the milk she had bought to go along with her donut, they were very agitated with her and didn't want to even refund her money. She then asked if they would be pulling the rest of the expired milk out of the fridge and they wouldn't answer her or remove the milk. We couldn't believe it. On another day, I took my son in to get some sherbet. Only 6 of the 12 tubs of ice cream were out and there was no sherbet. I asked the man working if he had sherbet in the back that he would be bringing out (thinking that they had 6 more tubs to bring out since half of the freezer was empty.) He said no, so we ordered peanut butter cup ice cream instead. Right as the lady is ringing us up, he goes to the back. He comes back out with (you guessed it) a tub of sherbet (and 5 other ice cream tubs to fill the case.) I had JUST asked him not even 2 minutes before if he had any sherbet and he said no. (Yet all 6 tubs were sitting on a cart waiting to be rolled out. So he knew what was on that cart.) I said "I see you do have sherbet" as my son and I were walking out and he just mumbled, "whatever." (it was also 5:30 PM, so ALL of the ice cream should have been out.) We live close to this location but after the spoiled milk incident and the rudeness of the employee who knew he was going back to get sherbet but didn't tell us (we would have waited for it seeing as that's why we stopped after all), we won't...

I tried so hard not to leave a wonky review because I’ve been to this location for yearrrrs! The new manager is just all over the place and trying so hard that’s it’s just hindering the entire experience. I went there two times this morning to get a coffee and it was packed. After my order was made incorrectly I asked for a refund. Instead of giving me my money and just letting the situation go she insisted on explaining why the coffee wasn’t right and why it was so crowded. It was just too much for a Friday morning. When I informed her I didn’t want my coffee remade she said “well get back in line to get yo refund then.” Keep in mind by now I had already been I. Here for 20 mins. I decided to leave and come back at lunch to get the refund. In all actuality, If she had not been there, I would’ve just asked them to remake the coffee but since she was I asked for refund and she proceeded as if the issue from this morning still persisted. Lady, just give me my money and I’ll head to Starby for a coffee!
