I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience at this Panera Bread location. I had been looking forward to the opening of this new branch, but unfortunately, my visit on Saturday during lunch left me concerned about both the service and food handling practices.
I placed a mobile order and chose to dine in, but when I opened my sandwich, it was entirely incorrect. I approached the staff to notify them, and the young woman who assisted me promptly began making a replacement. However, I observed her adjusting her hat and ponytail with the same gloves she was using to prepare my food. I immediately brought this to her attention, and while she did change her gloves and wash her hands, the lack of acknowledgment or apology was troubling.
Additionally, before leaving, I purchased a bagel to go, only to find that it had not been sliced, which I know is not standard practice. This, combined with the clear health code violation I witnessed, raises significant concerns about food safety at this location.
I believe that employees should be held to a higher standard, especially when handling food. I will be notifying the health department regarding this matter, as I feel it is imperative that these concerns...

I placed an order for bagels for my job and it wasn’t ready on time , they were thrown into the bag , song didn’t match up , and they guy that was preparing them acted like he never talk to a paying customer before . If this wasn’t for a work event , I would’ve canceled the order. On top of the rude service received by bagel connoisseur (that’s sarcasm) the two women standing in the back had no purpose at all , they were too busy chatting and giggling to work,
Thank goodness for Mark , he was the ONLY competent employee here that apologized for the delay and got both of my orders prepped for me to take out the door in a timely manner . Read moreUpdated 12/10 I ordered again from here and the app is annoying the moment I say delivery it picks this location because it’s closest to my house, but there was hair in my food As I was eating this is the 3rd bad experience , they are always messing this up. Update , what’s funny is I went to pick up a new sandwich the manager who remade my sandwich screamed “if you ain’t got it, you ain’t got it” all of their cooks or the ladies who make the food none of them had hairnets on” I even offered to swap the sandwiches and give them the old one he told me not to.
