Wendy's — Restaurant in Charlotte

I am presently sitting in this establishment waiting on a connecting flight. The manager on duty comes over and accuses me of making a mess with my fries all over the floor. Well, I didn’t order fries. Rude and DISRESPECTFUL EVEN AFTER I SHOWED MY RECEIPT. The burger was great but that lady needs to find a new job. I’m a small business owner and NO ONE would represent my business that way. All the customers and staff witnessed her lashing out at me for NO REASON. I feel it was my skin color. Just my feeling. When I denied it was my mess she told me yes it was. What the heck?!? You do not treat people that way lady. Go home. I’m contacting corporate as soon as I reach my destination. I refuse to accept...

My experience here was terrible!!!!!!! I came here to get food before my flight and the worker named “Iesha” was very disrespectful and rude. My son clearly told her cheese fries and she was rude about it and gave us a regular medium fry. While waiting for our food she was trying to give away a woman’s food because she walked away for 30 seconds! I took a look in the back and there was a worker moving extremely slow to the point I had to wait 15 minutes for nuggets, the condition of the kitchen was also very disgusting! I have never seen anything like this in my life will never be returning back to this...

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while. Ordered a plain double cheese burger. Then stressed “plain, only cheese”. The lady said “ok, would you like extra cheese?” I said “sure”. They bring me a loaded cheeseburger. “I told the lady this was supposed to be plain”. She takes it back to the cook, explains the issue. The cook brings me the burger and says, “enjoy your burger”. I walk away thinking everything is ok. I open the burger to find she scrapped off the mess threw 2 slices off cheese and wrapped it back up. Still covered with sauces and garbage I don’t like. Done with Wendy’s… too much...
