Wawa — Restaurant in Virginia

Absolutely the worst WaWa location that I've been going to for food . And I've visited many locations over the years . I had to give up on this location !!!! This location is about 2 mins from my house. But I will be taking a 15 -20 min drive to the Wawa location on Profit Rd . for the foreseeable future. Seminole Trail location is always out of egg whites by 9am. As well as other breakfast items at times . Egg whites are essential to my diet and health while I'm in my healing process from surgery !!! The sandwiches and burritos needs some work !!!! Not good anymore !!!! The screens are blocked on some breakfast menu items before 11, even though they may be still available to order . So if you don't see an item , try asking the employee because the items may be still available. I believe this is done so they can limit the choices for the last 2 hrs of breakfast time . I work in the food industry and I've seen many shortcuts when it's nearing close to that ending time !!!!! So get there early if you don't want to be consistently disappointed, as I've been . Hashbrowns are super greasy and soggy now , specialty drinks are watered down . This is a pretty new location so my suggestion as a paying customer and a chef for 25yrs. Please Do Better !!!! Times are hard for so many , that no one wants and can't afford to waste money on anything right now !!! VERY DISSAPPOINTED WAWA !!!🤨🤨😒😒 So I went back on my word and gave this wawa another chance about 20 mins ago . I didn't learn from my mistake. Employee's need to have some training asap . I ordered breakfast first and then decided to change to lunch . That was my mistake because it was confusion afterwards. I did notified the workers to not make the breakfast order. They said ok no problem . My lunch order was a sub and a drink , along with my sons order . I discussed everything with the cashier whom I thought understood what the changes were . And knew how to proceed with ringing us out . Proceeded to pay out and wait for order for 20 mins . Only to be told that my lunch order had been voided out as well . I didn't have time to wait any longer, so I left w/ out any food , and kicking myself for going back to this location. I definitely have learned my lesson to never go back . And I will be advising others to not waste your time with this Wawa !!!! Just absolutely awful experiences that will not be forgotten. Common sense is essential to dealing with the public . Unfortunately it's not what this wawa is about . I will be using my common sense , and definitely not returning to this location. DO BETTER WAWA !!!!! Especially with your hiring process !!!!!!!!!!!!! Your employees don't seem to be happy with their jobs . And it shows to your customers...

09-29-2024 This store has been open for a year and they still don't get it deliveries. They either missing items,slow preparing orders for delivery,and you can't get help I recommend the pantops store when ordering delivery. You'll get your order on time, unlike this place.

Rude, disrespectful, & unaware. All of the above apply to the night shift manager. 1st encounter with her a few nights back ,I was addressed as yes sir, tonight I'm Hey bud. That's not how you address someone who is probably twice her age. Second thing,she wants to tell me that it's my job to inform customers when they don't have an item. Wrong, it's her job to let people know that they don't have an item. I see why within 2 weeks of opening they have a less than satisfactory rating . Fastest rating decrease that I've seen in over 4 years from a convenient store. They must be doing some other things wrong. MY SUGGESTION IS: Continue ordering from the other 2 Wawa's until this lady figures out how to do her job or they...

As solid as a 4 as you can get. Only reason not higher is because it was a fuel stop only.

Bright and beautiful, no exaggeration it is. Awesome signage and wide lanes to maneuver around the pumps. Zip trash, cans were within their boundaries. The wash wash was blue, that's mean clean! The squeegee's were in great condition.

Pump station worked flawless thanking my credit card. The Machine was clean. The prices are competitive if not less.

About a fantastic WaWa and from experience they are not all the same. Congratulations to the management team...
