Chatham Candy Manor — Restaurant in Chatham

I found this gem via an advertisement on Facebook. I decided to order their "staff favorites" box since I knew, due to my mom's health issues, I won't make it to the Cape this season. My box arrived in less than 24 hours. It was packed by Robbie..huge shout out to Robbie (love the extra special touch of the hand signed card), and these chocolates are the best quality I've had in years. I'm not a huge fan of over the counter candy today, because sadly it's quality has changed so much, since I was a kid. However, I'm a very big supporter of mom & pop, privately owned, businesses, in particular candy shops. When I travel I go out of my way to find them. I'm telling you, if you are in Chatham, please do yourself a favor and go into this shop. Their chocolate is over the top sensational. I tried to just eat 1 piece but could not. An absolute gem of a business. The phrase "like a kid in a candy store" is a perfect descriptor. So. Many. Options! So much delicious-ness to be had. Delicious fudge (Oreo, marshmallow, and sea salt are my faves), chocolate-covered options abound (hello, dark chocolate orange peel, caramel, pretzels...), and creative truffles are just a few of the options. Ask them to put a box of their favorites together for you - you won't be disappointed. Bring home some chocolate-covered cranberries and a white chocolate shark. Wow! My husband asked what I would like for Valentine’s Day and off the top of my head I said chocolate covered strawberries. And I’m so glad he went to the Chatham Candy Manor. He might have gone a little overboard ordering two dozen but they are the best ones I’ve had. Big, juicy and delicious chocolate too. What a treat! I think he ordered them a few days before then picked them up the morning of Valentine’s Day.
