Three Fins Coffee & Cacao Factory — Restaurant in Chatham

First time visit on a rainy Sunday around noon. This beautiful coffee house opened in February and has a sister operation in West Dennis. Happy to see people there, but not mobbed. Venue is a repurposed pool, so after ordering, you head downstairs into the "pool" area. Plenty of light and seating, free WiFi, no password needed. Loved the different types of seating options, from high tables, low tables, a booth, and upholstered seating around an area rug. Patio seating outside surrounded by trees. My latte was hot and tasty, pricing as expected, and I think I paid a 4% premium to use a credit card, but that's posted on the menu. I had a chocolate muffin which was slightly stale and cost $4.50, which I'd probably skip next time I visit. I'll be back, but if I could offer constructive criticism, it would be to invest more in decor to highlight your Chatham locale, which I think is a world-class destination. Warm up the place with some local artwork. Maybe partner with some photographers to hang big photos of local landmarks of which there are plenty. It would give them needed "exposure," and you something interesting on the walls which would improve the otherwise sort of sterile vibe. Despite modest deficiencies, still warrants 5 stars as a Top 20%...

This is such a unique place! We were planning to drive through Chatham and did a Google Maps search to find a cafe to study in, and Three Fins did not disappoint! There is so much space here, and the setting of the old pool is really cool. The coffee itself is also amazing—we got the coconut latte and the vanilla latte, and I’d def recommend! The price was also very reasonable—5.50 for a latte with a flavor shot. Only downside of finding this place is wishing we lived closer to it! Also, pro tip: bring cash to save 4%...

The BEST coffee and treats on the Cape! Hands down safe for Celiac customers with dedicated GF bakery case, outstanding coffee with a barista who truly knows what she is doing!
