This location is horrible, the older mid age man working there hates his job it seems, never have fresh pretzels, you ask to have one made fresh, he looks at you like I asked him to jump from the building, I bought nuggets other day even thought I wanted pretzels which obviously wasn’t ready and said will be 15 min, so I asked if the pretzels bites (nuggets) were fresh and he goes yes just came out of the oven so I bought that instead and when I went to eat it, it tasted like they have been sitting there for good few hours, cold and chewy, I took it back to him let him know this were cold, he said well it’s not in the warmer anymore so it would be cold, like what ?
