China Experience — Restaurant in Chattanooga

This restaurant is a hard pass. It’s been a while since I ate at a food court at a mall, but I thought Chinese would be a safe choice because how can you mess up fried rice? I had the mushroom chicken and the chicken was like a tough jerky and was not chewable. On the plus side, the mushrooms were tasty. The rice had pieces of what looked to be peas but tasted like they had been dehydrated and someone forgot to rehydrate them before putting them into the rice. I've been to this place a couple of times now. They do a good job but today it’s the first time I’m getting combo 1 with just 1 meat. Wow, they really just put half of the plate for you with the meat. Seriously!!! It’s such a waste of money for $10 you get noodles or rice and half a plate of meat. I think this will be the last time I’m going. Gotta recommend other place not this one...
