I am EXTREMELY DISGUSTED. i ordered a chicken teriyaki plate with extra chicken and my husband ordered a chicken and shrimp teriyaki plate. We get to the cooks and they slap 2 plates of my order and say thats my order and tell us we didnt order a chicken and shrimp plate. We proceed to show them the receipt and they get an attitude and throw the food on the plate and slide it to us with a nasty attitude. I then go back to the woman at the register and tell her she charged me for 3 plates and we only ordered 2. She rolls her eyes at us and argues that we did and then asked for our card to refund. The cooks are very nasty and rude. They had the audacity to throw their hands up as if they were shooing us away! Is this truly what customer service is like at this place??? I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. THERE WAS NO REASON TO TREAT US THAT WAY AT ALL ESPECIALLY WHEN THE MISTAKE WAS ON THE CASHIER. Read moreI pointed at the ad for the $8 special and told the lady nicely I'd like to do the teryaki chicken deal. She said it would be over $11 total. I was very confused and said as much. She said "well do you want a drink" I said no I had one, and she took it off the total. She said do you want fried rice and I said no, so she took it off the total. She then rudely told me what my actual total was. Why was she adding all this other stuff on my order without asking me? The chef then indicated my food was ready and there were no veggies in it. I asked "is this mine?" And he said yes and I asked where the veggies were and he said that I requested no veggies... which I never did. So i asked again if it was actually mine, and he shook his head yes. I can't help but think the girl messed up the order to be spiteful. Maybe they were just having a bad day, I don't know. Read moreWhen i sat down to eat my meal I ordered I noticed the rice had a dead bug in it. I immediately took the food back to the register to ask for a refund, but the employees lost the ability to speak English all of a sudden and would not acknowledge me. They continued to take orders while ignoring my request for a refund. Since I was never able to get my money back I'm just leaving this bad review and a warning to customers. The health standards of this place are abysmal and whenever you want to lodge a complaint or request a refund the employees all lose the ability to speak English, then proceed to ignore you until you go away. Well I went away without my money back, I dumped the food in the garbage and hope any future customers read this review before visiting this terrible...
