I walked in around 9:20pm into lobby, waited about 10 minutes nobody was at the counter. As i was standing there I could hear workers cussing and talking about people coming through drive thru, if i was a church person or very religious, i would be demanding a manager or higher up, with what i heard. I had a kid with me, but he has heard them words also, so no sweat off the back with the language. I understand they are kids, but they need to be aware of their language and how loud they talk. I started to leave, my buddy came up to counter hollared back there, 2 times. A bleached out hair girl came up, was like oh 'disappointed' like and rolling her eyes. As she took the order, she continued to be like, is that it with attitude. No my pleasure or anything nice ever said. I was going to order a shake before I left, but I didn't know if I would get service or not. As we were leaving a guy was at the counter, waiting for food. The same bleached hair girl came out and said here's your food as she slid it across counter. She had her pocketbook and walked out the side door. He said hey what about my 2 shakes, she was at the outside doors and hollared back and said "I don't know, I guess they are working on them" then went out the door. He looked and said well I don't know whether to stand here and wait or forget about them. My buddy was like wait I'll get someone up here. So he hollared back there again. A brown headed with a ponytail and glasses lady came up and was rude, she said can I help you and my buddy said he needs you and we started to walk towards door, and he ask about his milkshakes. She said we are working on them. The lobby was filthy, there was no tea what so ever, no napkins, 1 straw left after we got our 3. This use to be our favorite cookout, after this experience, I don't know if I would stop back at this one. The bleach out hair girl walked round the restaurant looking at her phone, but never attempted to clean or...
Read moreABSOLUTELY pathetic!! I don't know what else I can say. Doesn't matter what the price is for a product if the people can't get your damn order right......and I mean ever!!! I kept going for a little while, even though my wife was always saying "they never get my order right". So finally one time I had enough and didn't go back for almost 9 months, figured I would go by and try one more time..........NOPE!!!!!! WRONG AGAIN!!!! Looked at my receipt, the drive thru girl had it on the receipt correctly, but I assume she could care less either way, guy standing on the equipment in back I'm sure couldn't care less either. Anyway, I see why they're always hiring, their current employees do not care and apparently can't read either. Do yourself a favor and drive right on by this place unless you like to be disappointed. That was the last and final time for me AND my family as well as my friends. And I manage a retail business, (which I will make sure I tell anyone interested not to visit any of your locations) if I did things this way I would be removed or my business would no longer have the PRIVILEGE of serving people in this or any other cummunity. So keep it up Cook Out, and you will continuously be looking for people to operate your "business" with a very low market share against other establishments that do a much better job of understanding what customers want. Such as quality, service, and accuracy. Good luck, you're going to need it. And one more thing, people that have a bad experience tell everyone they see about you and your company, I had 7.....people that have a good one tell one or two peiple....which one do you think makes your business a...
Read moreI wish I could give zero stars. I usually give places the benefit of the doubt but whoever was working drive thru Tuesday night around 1am needs to take a serious anger management class. I was greeted as normal and asked what they can get for me. I give them my order. After saying my order, I was greeted once again. No problem, they must not have heard me. I say my order for the second time, and right when I’m done “what can I get you?” At this point I figured something was wrong with the mic system or they were playing a joke on me. I asked if they could hear me because I gave them my order twice already and the worker began VERY aggressively telling me that he had “put me on hold” and that I needed to “lose my attitude”… I’m still unsure if it was all a big joke or not, I was so bewildered that I became speechless. I had no attitude. Nobody ever asked me to wait. I was only trying to order my food after being greeted 3 times, if anything I was TOO calm for the way the drive thru person spoke to me. They asked if I still wanted to place an order and I declined in fear of my food being spit in, because if a worker will speak to someone that way who knows what else they would do. I understand this is merely a fast food joint and that people are allowed to have bad days, but that employee needs to find another job where they don’t interact...
