Dunkin' — Restaurant in Chattanooga

I’m honestly just wondering if I should even order what I want and just give them money at this point. This store consistently makes the same exact drink I order taste different Everytime! The customer service is ok depending on who is at the window. There is a very high turnover rate because I see new employees everyday I go. There is a girl who has always been very kind and doesn’t do that ANYTHING ELSE like I’m bothering her with my single drink order lol🤦🏼‍♀️ When I get her name next time I will acknowledge her kindness. But honestly Dunkin I love my iced caramel latte but this is just unacceptable paying 5.12-5.34 depending on who rings me up to get a drink that taste nothing like it’s supposed to. For instance just now I ordered and my latte is almost brown! Definitely Taste like they haven’t emptied the expresso pods all day if not since yesterday. It makes me upset because I am kind I tip on every drink sometimes more than my drink only thinking if I kill them with kindness it will make my drink taste the way it should this time. I never have this experience with Starbucks. I get the same exact tasting latte everytime! I only drink hot from there so my favorite is iced which is why I mostly run on Dunkin. It would be nice to get some consistency in these drinks because if not I would be more than happy to come behind the counter and teach them myself. I understand that it’s a shortage of people willing to work and I empathize with the situation but I also realize these people are getting no training on making these drinks the way Dunkin says they are to be made!...

WARNING DUNKIN HAS PLASTIC PIECES IN THERE COFFEE! I usually go to dunkin every morning and evening and get the same thing everytime I visit. I never had a complaint that wasnt minor like forgetting to put the sugar in you know small things that can be fixed and no big deal until today. This is just straight up unacceptable. I was drinking my coffee as I got closer to the bottom that's when I noticed some bit and pieces of small clumps at first I thought maybe they didnt mix the sugar up all the way but then I noticed it didn't dissolve nor taste like sugar then I thought maybe it's coffee grounds and maybe it's just tasting funny but then I took a closer look. It was hard bits and pieces of plastic. I didn't want to believe but you cant smash into smaller pieces and you cant bite. I was lost for words and highly disappointed and mad that I found this in my drink. It mad me sick to my stomach knowing that I was drinking those small plastic bits. There is no doubt about it these small pieces are plastic pieces from something and I really don't need to know from what. Thext time you order from Dunkin please check your drinks these aren't good for anyone digestive system. I am still pulling pieces out of my mouth and there was so many more after dumping my drink I was seriously mortified. My stomach is still turning and upset so if these are in your drink you may have a really bad upset stomach from where you cant...

Skipped the long drive thru line and went inside. No one in line so I walked right up and was able to order myself a beyond sausage breakfast sandwich, my fiancé an egg and cheese on everything bagel, and my daughter the sweet pepper bacon cruissant (advertised as extra bacon) and 2 orange juices. About 10 minutes after ordering, the gentleman who took our order came back to say they were out of the everything bagel and I told him plain would be fine. I stood by the unoccupied dining area in plain site as to stay out of the way for other incoming customers. By this time I noticed the line of cars was completely gone. I waited another 10 minutes and then finally walked over to the online order area and noticed a bag. I went to the man who took my order and asked if that was my food. He went to check and indeed it was my food. There’s no telling how long it sat there. I don’t frequent Dunkin’ often as I feel their coffee is subpar and made for high school kids who want to pretend to like coffee. Therefore, if I was supposed to check the online order area for my prepared order, I would have never known. Nobody gave me directions or tried to provide good customer service.
