Following a wedding a large group of individuals was allowed entry to this bar at roughly 1230am. The last people in this group was the chef for the wedding and a bridesmaid. They were not allowed entry after the chef was told he could not carry anything into the bar and chugged a red bull energy drink in the entry way. I do repeat this was a non alcoholic beverage drunk in response to being told he could not bring it inside. He was not told nor are there signs to suggest he could not bring it into the first set of doors. This individual was not white while a much drunker White group was allowed into the bar directly before this interaction. The security officer repeatedly made reference to the entire interaction being on body camera which has yet to be addressed. This establishment had managers coming over to try to make it right by the situation but the damage and public humiliation had already been accomplished. While not being the direct decisions of the restaurant they did not immediately correct the actions taken by security which reflected a lack of general awareness and abuse of power given the situation..while I do not have a problem with whiskey cowgirl as a bar I do have a problem with the group they chose to partner with as security. All of this was part of my initial experience into this bar and I hope it does better moving forward with what seems to be a decent bar ruined by...

For starters our food was very good, the kitchen knows their stuff & the officer/security team were both kind and professional. However, last night, the bar staff we encountered was atrocious & I say this after trying to find every excuse in the book for the way we were made to feel like a burden. Our “bartender” took our drink order and didn’t come back for 10+ minutes to take our food order but thought it was incredibly important to lean against the bar and dive into her phone or walk past us without checking on us while her colleagues took care of those around her. Ultimately we had to ask to have our order taken and she walked off while we were giving our order, thankfully her coworker stayed to take and put our order in. When we asked for an additional condiment she acted inconvenienced to be taken away from her phone. We’ve honestly never felt so unwelcome at a bar seat, that’s where you find people with welcoming personalities and make you want to “have another round” - this lady either hates her job, the fact she can’t be paid to lean and play on her phone, or just hated our faces. But from what we could tell her demeanor and lack of teamwork spread to her coworkers and everyone looked miserable, sad to see at what should be such a fun place & it wasn’t...

I’ve always loved this place, but ever since they brought in these new “security” staff, my experience has gone downhill. They seem more interested in flexing authority than creating a safe and welcoming environment. They kicked my friend out immediately after she stumbled from being pushed, with no reasonable grounds to assume she was intoxicated. Another friend left to check on her, and when I tried to make sure they were okay, I was met with unnecessary aggression. Security snatched my drink out of my hand, threw it away, and kicked me out as well. This isn’t how you treat paying customers who are simply looking out for each other. If the staff truly believed someone wasn’t fit to stay, the bare minimum should be ensuring that person gets home safely and that their friends can assist, not punishing everyone involved. I hope management reviews the body cam footage and rethinks how these situations are handled, because this is not the level of professionalism or care that...

We did not get any food so I did not rate this section. We had our family reunion in Dalton GA (July 10-12th). Friday evening after our cookout, we were looking for a place to have fun and ride a mechanical bull. WC was only a 30 minute drive and well worth it! Everyone was very friendly. The atmosphere was vibrant. Loved the outdoor area as I've never been to a bar with an outdoor pool. A patron prior to us riding the bull broke the holder so the young lady (very sweet, professional and kind) who ran the bull allowed us to ride unlimited as long as we signed a waiver. She was a PRO on the bull! We were in awe. Hopefully the 30 second video captures her technique. Definitely recommend WC for anyone looking for a chillax place in Chattanooga!

Stopped in the try out lunch - the online menu had several offering that looked very good. I was not too sure how this was going to go when we first walked in. Only a few people in the place. We tried the hand reader mini corn dogs and dry rubbed chicken wings. So … they were both really good. I had the house made creamy bbq (highly recommend) and their Carolina bbq (also recommend). The wings were fantastic! They make their own dry rub for the wings. The wings were good with the couple of sauces we tried but they were best with just the dry rub. The chef came out to talk to us and he was very friendly. I would come back for those wings!!!

What a different kind of place! Bar, restaurant, party pool, it’s all three! We came on a Friday afternoon as a group of 8 women for a bachelorette party and it did not disappoint! The service could have been better as I think we surprised them and they never sent a bartender to the pool where we stayed (and drank) for 6 hours. We only saw one bartender most of the day, thus the swim up bar wasn’t something we were able to enjoy. $10 to enjoy the pool area all day was a great deal! The “Babe Cave” was a perfect shaded spot for the group. It stored our stuff, gave a shaded place to eat and put on sunscreen.
