Visiting Chattanooga with our Great Dane puppy and loved this dog park. It was very quiet on a Monday morning, but there were a couple of dogs to play with and lots of tennis balls. Iggy had a blast!

Other reviews are correct. This isn't the best but, its the closest to downtown and there's water available for the pups.

My dog recommends for all dogs to bring their good humans to this park. "Good Humans Who Leave No Poo Behind" could be the name of THIS park. Very impressive, Good Humans of Chattanooga! We've been to many dog parks over the past decade and there's always a poo pie left around somewhere. It's what we've allowed our dog parks to become and we accept it as, "...the way it has to be in a free and open Society.". We don't need to hire armed gards at every dog park for poo compliance. We simply make an effort to leave the park a little nicer than when we arrived and everyone benifits. Thank you Chattanooga! You can always tell the character of town by its dog parks and YOU are honorable Poo Picker Uppers. A city of trusting humans who do what's right even when you think no...

2 separate fenced areas with a separate entrance for smaller dogs/puppies. Clean and well kept park! 3 water stations for the dogs to drink out of a water fountain or a bowl. We went after it had rained for several days so it was muddy and there were a few areas of standing water - which is expected. As someone else has mentioned, there are only a few shaded areas with trees, so mid-day you are in direct sun. Large parking lot with plenty of spaces. The actual park is somewhat difficult to find if you're not paying attention! It is located at the far end of the large pavilion (where the Chattanooga Market is held in the summer). The entrance is technically located off of Carter St but the parking lot is closest to W 20th St. Overall it is a great park and we will...

WISH I COULD WRITE A GOOD REVIEW. GAPS IN FENCING DIVIDING SMALL AND LARGE AREAS ALLOW SMALL DOGS TO ENTER LARGE DOG. DANGEROUS. NO WATER ON SMALL DOG SIDE. CITY SAYS PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE!!! A FREEZE PROOF FAUCET AND NO FANCY DOG AND PEOPLE WATERER IF A WASTE OF MONEY. WATCH OUT FOR MAJOR HOLES . NONE OF GATES LATCH EASILY, YOU HAVE TO KEEP WORKING WITH TO OPEN OR CLOSE. I CALLED AND COMPLAINED..PARKS AND RECREATION LIED AND SAID THE DAY I CALLED WERE ALL BEING FIXED.....ONLY THING ACTUALLY FIXED WAS THREW SOME MULCH IN AND 8" DEEP HOLE....JUST WAITING TO INJURE A DOG OR AN OWNER. CALLING PARKS AND RECREATION IS USELESS. STAY AWAY. SKATE PARK ALSO A SHABBY , DANGEROUS PLACE ACCORDING TO...
