La Antigua Fruit & Smoothie Bar — Restaurant in Chattanooga

I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND VISITING THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! I don't know if he was the manager or the owner, but when I stopped in to order items at this store, he first started to inform me prices of everything I was ordering, in a sense as if I couldn't afford it, he then acted bothered by the fact that I asked him to add some extra seasoning to my order. When we proceeded to try them in the store he acted as if we weren't allowed to eat them inside. When he served us these items, they weren't in Togo friendly trays so I asked him if he had lids for us to be able to transport them home. He acted as if I was asking him for the impossible by laughing underneath his breath and told me that those products came with no lids, even though these were your average Togo containers. So at this point I was extremely frustrated, so I just asked him for a Togo bag, given at this point I had already spent a significant amount at his establishment, and he tells the girl behind the counter to hand me a glad fragrant trash bag. I've never been so humiliated in my life by store owner/manager. So I decided to abandon my purchase, without the request of a refund, and walk out...

This was my first time going there, I had a party of 4. I ordered a Mangoneada , large corn cup, and 2 ice cream churros. They charge you $8 dollars for a tiny nacho bowl sized ice cream (it's not even a bowl it's a tiny thin square paper plate like the one used for nachos at the gas station) it included two tiny scoops of ice cream and a small stale tough churro broken in half. And one strawberry split in half. As soon as we stepped outside, it started melting and going through the paper plate! They should do better on that! Not good. The corn in a cup was just corn from a can that's it nothing special, not fresh, ALSO sent my husband straight to the bathroom. And my mangoneada had hairs in it as soon as I dipped my spoon in , I returned and told her what was in it and she took it to the back and came back in 5/10 seconds . All she did was SCOOP THE TOP OFF AND HAND IT BACK TO ME, ALL MELTED! it was gross, didn't bother to remake it!!!! Spent $30 for grossness....

Went into this establishment to try their smoothies…. Worst experience ever! Ordered a mango/pineapple smoothie which tasted as though the milk was spoiled! Brought it to the female staff attention who immediately responded we don’t give refunds! She didn’t give me a chance to ask to remake the smoothie! I didn’t want a refund only really wanted another smoothie!!! Female staff very rudely stated couldn’t remake or give us another kind of smoothie! They simply TOOK my money! I hope it goes a long way because they’ll never get business from us again!!! No signs posted indicating NO REFUNDS OR REMAKES even when their product(s) (Milk) obviously was spoiled! Food inspectors should pay...
