Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe - Gunbarrel — Restaurant in Chattanooga

The Taziki's on Gunbarrel is absolutely AWFUL! I do not recommend anyone to go & spend your money at this restaurant until they get a different staff! There are 2 managers that I have had encountered on 2 different occasions, one named Cindy & the other is Madison. Let me just say how absolutely RUDE & smart their mouths are to their employees & their customers.. When it comes to them handling a catering order they were LATE when the order was made ahead of time which in my opinion is highly unprofessional! Considering the fact customers spend the amount that they do on food that ended up not even being good. The chicken was undercooked (major & very noticably pink) . Also, the Hispanic cooks have said horrible things about cashier's in Spanish thinking no one understands, but little do they know that some people are bilingual & understand EVERY WORD THEY SAY! It is sooo disrespectful. They constantly ring a bell when orders are done OVER & OVER & OVER AGAIN until the order is ran even when the individuals that are running the food are going as quickly as they possibly can. The lack of respect & good customer service that this restaurant provides is unbelievably ridiculous. Like I said, I don't recommend anyone to have to experience what I have had to deal with. We must have stumbled into a different restaurant than other reviewers, just posing as Taziki's on Gunbarrel Rd. We did not find the service good at all - I ordered coffee with my meal and they forgot all about it, and staff checked our table only once despite my wife's obvious discomfort with the food. She had the pasta plate - the chicken was dried out, and the pasta was undercooked and overseasoned with Balsamic reduction. My gyro was tasty, but quite greasy. The background music was overly loud, I mentioned this politely to the manager, who cocked his ear to listen for a moment, then informed me that no, it wasn't. I hope on our next visit we find the same restaurant that other reviewers have raved about, but honestly, I doubt we will take the risk.

My family and I went to Taziki's 432 Market St, Chattanooga, TN 37402 and loved it so we decided to try this one the two female staff members where very nice and helpful but the male cashier really didn't seem to like his job he was not very friendly a lady asked him for side napkins and salt he went and got them after rolling his eyes I don't know if he was just having a bad day or what but he is the first person customers see so I will go out of the way and go back to the Taziki's 432 Market St, Chattanooga, TN 37402 when I need to get my Taziki's fix thank you to the staff over there for making the customers fill welcomed and not like we are a bother.
