Lewis County Coffee Company — Restaurant in Chehalis

Staff is fine. Nothing wrong with the baristas. I moved to Lewis county about 5 months ago. My best friend went to highschool with the owner of this place and loves going here. I was excited to give it a try. Idk if this means anything, but I’m from Seattle. I got a quad shot with sf flavor. Love how they have so many options. At first I liked it, but after the flavoring went away, I tasted the actual coffee, it was burnt and too strong. I didn’t finish it…

A couple months later I went to another location and got a cappacino. It was so mid. And I questioned why I got that.. and also remembered my first experience with this coffee..

The next day I went back in and got a double shot espresso.. it’s the coffee. It’s so burnt. I’m all for supporting local and I love coffee, but I was barely even able to finish this espresso shot.

It’s unfortunate because the atmosphere in the Centralia cafe is so nice. But I just can’t justify getting coffee from there anymore. I goto Starbucks now and honestly it’s amazing compared to LCC.

They seem to be doing well for themselves with all the locations and new creamery, but their coffee is so burnt....

By far the best coffee from Lewis County to Olympia (and probably beyond). My husband and I have been going here for over a year and we absolutely love it. Because I work in Olympia, I have LITERALLY tried every coffee stand and shop in Thurston County and nothing compares. It’s too bad that Avenue espresso has like a million locations because that is the only reason why they’ve won Best Coffee of Lewis County. I don’t think any non-coffee drinkers should be able to vote for this award. They don’t even know how to make a good drink...unless you like the taste of flavored milk with a hint of coffee flavored undertones. If you like the bold flavor of coffee and the perfect milk, coffee, flavor ratio...Lewis County Coffee is the place to go. They know how to make a good drink. And it’s always consistent no matter who...

Staff is kind and the drinks are 5-star! The overall looks of the business, from menus to cups and even their custom wrapped mini-cooper, is well thought out. This creative consistency continues into their menu items with PNW inspired drinks such as "Campfire Marshmallow", "Cast Iron Cookie", and of course "Evergreen". Each name represents it's corresponding drink surprisingly well. You're offered a choice of medium or dark roast for your drinks. To my knowledge, they're the only coffee stand in the area to offer delivery. Stand is too high to be comfortable for passenger cars. If you don't position your vehicle correctly when you pull up, it can be difficult to pass payment and coffee. Good height for bigger trucks and SUVs or if your Subaru brought...
