i have been going to your store for years. Since March 2024 I find the service and staff to be terrible and not friendly or customer oriented at all. Starting in March I have gone once a week to this location and it is always between the hours of 5:30 and 7:30 pm. A summary of the visits are as follows. On seven occasions no ice has been available. When I asked after the fourth week in a row I was told to write the company. On three occasions I was told only Dark meat is available. On two occasions I was told " we are out of tenders. On one occasion when I ordered four chicken tenders I was told " "We are only serving Three Tender meals, no four tender meals are available." On two occasions no pepsi was available, on several occasions there is a sign on the door which reads " Drive Thru Only" and my most recent visit, last evening at 6:15 pm, I ordered the 4 tender meal with a pepsi. I was told " We have no Tenders and there is no Ice available for your drink. I asked the Drive Thru attendant why no tenders and no Ice and I was told " Take It up to corporate, we only work here" I do not understand how a KFC franchise can have so many shortages of product when you are in a single product industry. We only serve 3 Tender meals not 4????? what is this ? and to not have a working ice machine for most weeks from April Thru July??? I always preferred KFC chicken and consider myself loyal to a brand. For this reason I have never even tried Chick Filet despite many people praising the chain. I have given KFC more than enough opportunities to rectify their short comings but enough is enough. Read moreOmg the manager on duty on September 14th at around 12:00 p.m. in Wyncote on Ogontz and Cheltenham Aves was atrocious. Myself and one other person while having our cars serviced at Midas (across the street from KFC) attempted to walk over to the restaurant but the doors were locked. There were no signs posted that would have indicated to us that they were only taking drive-thru orders. We were walking so we asked the young lady zacaya sakira or something if we could place an order at the window? She informed us very very rudely that "no" you cannot order so we asked a vehicle inline to let us go in front of him to place an order at the window the manager on that date and time informed me and another lady that you cannot stand at the window and place an order. At that time the guy in the car told us that this was the second time coming around placing order. The manager told him that in order to get an additional third impromptu meal he has to getback inline "again" place the order through the "order box" he did but, but he was not a very happy camper. We were so disappointed and hungry and felt so disrespected and dejected that we've vowed that we will never ever ever spend another time at the KFC at Ogontz and Cheltenham Aves in Wyncote. The manager there needs to be fired or at at least attend some intense customer service training classes, She is ineffective and extremely rude to customers. Read moreWorst fast food I've ever dealt with anywhere, any country! Out of 12 orders they made mistake 8 times. Once had delivery service pick up order for 3 breasts, and 4 sides, only to get 0 chicken. Complained 3 times on KFC Site, no response, not even a 'we're sorry' email. Started using other KFC in Willow Grove, tonight, I went thru this drive through because it was on way home... sure enough, order wrong. Missing chicken breast. Went to complain on corp site, and their complaint form does not work (can't select city/location), which on it's own should be so embarrassing for a company this large, there are 15 year olds that could fix that web form error!. At this point, the staff here is either stoned, or purposely messing with orders, the odds of this being random mistakes are just too unrealistic. The management at this location should be terminated, or the place closed. As far as KFC corp. goes, maybe it's just a company that is going to be gone soon.
