Panda Express Wyncote — Restaurant in Cheltenham Township

What is the point of ordering online and receiving an ETA if your food isn't made until you ask about it? We ordered from the car and waited the ten minutes it would take, yet when we went in, it wasn't ready and they hadn't started making it. While the restaurant did have other people coming in and out, it was mid-afternoon and not a rush, so there is no excuse. This pregnant mama, already hungry and craving the food, is not impressed. This isn't a location we visit often, so not coming back and finding other places that offer better service won't be a problem.

Only one employee seemed to care, and it wasn't the manager. After waiting and receiving our food 22 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, we didn't have the requested service ware. I went back in and was invisible until I leaned over the counter and started saying "excuse me." The manager looks up and then calls another employee to handle me. The employee was the one who handed me our food (but not the one who had been handling its completion, and apologized repeatedly for the delays) and just looks over and says "she got her food." Yes, but nothing to eat it with, and after waiting an additional 20 minutes, we aren't driving home to eat, are we? Luckily, the one who cares came to our rescue.

Came in to get a quick bite before shopping. We decided to order the “Family Feast”, whatever that was not finished we could take it home. So as I was ordering for my family, the one lady had said something, and I think it was $1.25 additional for the shrimp and the beef entree choices. I couldn’t here her so I asked her what she said. She then wanted to ignore me and kept going on scooping the rice. Like RUDE!!! Then the girl right next to her had said not for the family feast.

I get to the front to pay for the food. Not only to find out both of them were wrong. But we were charged $3.75 more each for the shrimp dish and the beef dish. At this point I just want to say keep your food and I will keep my money. My husband said just pay and let’s go. I told the cashier that everyone needs to get the facts right.

I ordered food on the app to be delivered and it took over 45 min to come and when it did it was only half my order!!! I called the store and the employee was very rude and tried to say there was nothing they could do about it. I finally convinced them to let me talk to a manager and after reviewing security tapes, she finally admitted that it WAS their fault and agreed to remake the order for us- only I would have to go and pick it up! The whole point was that we wanted food delivered and not have to go out! But I went, when I got there and went to the pickup area they had not even started making it yet. She claimed it's because she wanted it to be fresh but I ended up having to stand around and wait for well over 15 minutes to finally get my order. It was extremely busy. This is now about 2 hours since we ordered the food. The manager did give me a voucher for 2 free plates...
