I usually go thru the drive thru at this Wendy's but the line was long so I decided to go inside to order. Never again! The WORST Wendy's I've ever experienced! I walk in and there's only ONE lady in front of me. She was telling me she had been standing there for 20 minutes. In shock I kindly walked over to the back workers and asked if they had 2 baked potatoes to assure I wasn't standing in oime for nothing. She nodded her head yes. A guy finally came in (he was just clocking in) and they took his register drawer out so he could only take payments with credit card. Poor lady in front of me had cash and since I had a card I went before her. Order 2 baked potatoes. As I ordered the cashier yelled back to assure they had potatoes. Sat there and waited 20 minutes for 2 BAKED POTATOES because come to find out there was ONLY ONE READY after being asked TWICE. It so many young kids in their, they were sliding around being kids more than working. Moving slow or barely moving. And then it was like 10 people so I wasn't sure as to how things weren't moving quicker. There is no stability AT ALL. Manager walked out and heard everything and not one time did she say anything nice to me or apologize. As I'm finally leaving out I see the manager in a big black truck in the passenger seat with a male companion in the driver seat. What is going on in there??? Do...
Read moreI deleted my old bad review to post this one. There's something terribly wrong with this place! I walked in, ( and this was just my last visit) the mgr was standing at the register with another employee and she said we don't have any cashier go to the drive through. We went to the drive through and waited in line for ten minutes without moving before giving up. It's the same experience every time! This used to be the worst Wendy's around before they remodeled. Then they got it together. Now it's worse than before! A week ago, the doors were locked at 6pm. and the drive through line went around the building. I don't know why anyone would want to go through that. Anyone reading this that experienced this please comment. People love Wendy's and that's why we try to wait. There's now plenty of options in this busy mall and even though they have lines, it's not disorganized like this. Try getting breakfast at this place! Their standard greeting " if youre lucky" is what can I get you? Ok drive forward! I'm certain revenue is down in this place. The competition is fully staffed so getting help is not the issue. As we walked in, the cashier rolled her eyes at us, and yelled to a male employee that he was supposed to lock the door. All of the menu screens were turned off. I looked at my watch, and it was still 10 minutes left before the dining room was supposed to close. The male employee said to the cashier, "It's still a few minutes." She told him to lock the door, and he did. I asked the cashier if she had a menu for us to look at since the digital screens were off. She said "Nah, we tryna get up outta here. We bout to close that's why the screens are off. We ain't got no paper menu." I asked should I go outside to look at the drive menu and come back to order. She said "Oh you drawn." I am not an artist and I didn't have a coloring book in my hand so, I had no idea what she meant. My girlfriend ordered a bunch of random items, and we left. She said if we went outside to look at the menu, they wouldn't let us back. How is this for customer service?
