The service at this Chick-fil-A is horrible. I came to this location twice in the past week. I always submit my order through the app to save time. Each time I arrived and received my food. They always forget to give me my drink. Both times the restaurant was busy and a lot of people were waiting for their food. This restaurant has some weird system where they have one or two pep[;e who give you only the food in your order and someone else then get’s you your drink. Well this system sucks. I don’t know ANY other Chick-fil-A that does this. BOTH times they forgot to give me my drink. The first time I had to ask someone to give me my forgotten drink order. The lady apologized and upgraded me to a large drink. Yesterday they forgot my drink order AGAIN. I waited a few minutes just to see if anyone would notice why I would still be standing there with my food just standing idly by. Nobody cared to ask or inquire why I was there standing. I again had to tell a cashier my drink was forgotten again. This time she didn’t apologize or upgrade my drink, she simply made me my drink and that’s it, no apology. There are many businesses, eateries, restaurants that are serving up great meals and service from inside there establishments. I have witness and experienced the traffic congestion your business creates. I've waited over 40 minutes to reach your employees who have to stand in the heat, cold, damp weather to serve your customers. I get it, you're trying to be pandemic safe. But your surrounding businesses, customers, traffic flow and reputation for being a great fast food restaurant is being compromised. There's a better way of serving your customers. There's a better way to assure your employees, that safety counts. There's a better way to handle the flow of traffic that your food lines are creating. Someone in upper management needs to come and review, so the implementations can start. This complaint is long over due. Read moreI absolutely love this Chick Fil A. It’s very busy all of the time and the restaurant is kept in tip top shape. I usually hate eating in fast food dine in section but this restaurant is always clean. Doreen is the sweetest woman on the planet and she always kindly approaches me and asks how she can make my experience even better. Que linda! I never need for anything but she always asks. Sterling also came by and asked if I needed a refill, then told another patron not worry about clearing the table because he would gladly do it. Sterling has also held open the door for me and others on various occasions. Front desk could work on being nicer. I could be biased. I’ve lived in big cities all of my life and I’m used to waiting for the staff to tell me when they’re ready to take my order. I will absolutely wait for a long time before I say something. It would be nice if they could tell the customers when they’re ready to take our order. Other than that very minor infraction the store is a 10.
