T-Mobile — Local services in Chester

STICK TO CORPORATE STORES. GO TO CHESTER. Hendry and Laura are the BEST!!!!!!!!! They sorted out an issue that privately owned stores in Hackettstown, Parsippany, etc could not. A simple credit for unopened, returned equipment was on my bill since August 2024. The 800 number was useless because I didn't remember the six-digit PIN. I walked into multiple private stores with my credit card, my ID and my bill. The crdit just needed to be refunded to my credit card. People in each one of those stores literally looked at each other and said right in front of me, "I don't know how to handle this." ??? In each case they would put me on the phone with corporate from July 2024 to March 2025 to refund $287 that was just sitting on my account as a credit and get the money back onto my card. These two girls had it sorted out in under an hour. I was having an environmental allergy leading to asthma. They were willing to talk to me from inside while I waited outside and handed them my ID etc. I wasn't feeling great about the whole thing, I presumed it wouldn't go through it again, and I doubt I was smiling. Can I give 10 stars? We went to T-Mobile in CHester, NJ to switch over from Verizon, considering we had terrible coverage, and Verizon has gotten too expensive and too corporate. We had lines and watches to switch, etc., for the entire family so, needless to say, it was going to be a timely visit with many moving parts. Luckily, we were greeted by Laura Sutton, one of the Reps who was working last Sunday. She was absolutely amazing!! Such spectacular customer service, she correctly switched everything over, giving us all the pertinent information, the entire time with a smile on her face. She even told us to come to her if we had any issues going forward. I just have to give a shout out to Trisha at the Streets of Chester location. My 84-year-old dad was having issues with his phone and went into that store to see what his options were. Trisha spent a great deal of time going over things with my Dad and helped him fix a problem with his cell phone that another store worked on for over a week and could not resolve. We were SO impressed with her incredible knowledge and patience. It is so rare to find someone that truly cares about helping people in the way she did.
