Bellacino’s Pizza and Grinders Inside Gargies Bar — Restaurant in Chesterfield Township

Each week my boyfriend and I get pizza and subs and we've had a wonderful sub before so we stopped in to order. We were fine to wait at the bar so we took it upon ourselves to order a drink while we wait. The next things to transpire were some of the worst things I have experienced in my entire customer service experience ever in my entire life. The owner or manager across the way very rudely spoke to his bartender and myself and my boyfriend in regards to our IDs. I understand the severity of consequences of owning a liquor license and I am glad that this establishment is taking it seriously but the arrogant, condescending, rude comments the manager made in regards to the purchase of liquor perfectly explains why this bar has no business at 6:30pm on a Wednesday. Sir if you're so concerned with finding out who has a fake ID look at their wallet for a moment while they remove their ID to see if they have a Michigan State Identity Sleeve they provide for all newly issued licenses. If you're so concerned a younger person is patronizing your bar/restaurant you would know these things or perhaps treat your patrons with some semblance of respect instead of complaining across the bar about whatever you were which brings down the whole atmosphere. I was so excited to have a wonderful evening and I left feeling as if I survived an episode of Gordon Ramsey's...

Went today as they opened . Was the first and only customer so I thought the food would be the best. I've had grinders before so I knew what to expect as they are usually amazing. Not today. Ordered bbq boneless wings and received plain boneless wings. when I told the lady she brought out some bbq sauce. I asked is this how the boneless wings are served she replied "oh I forgot you wanted bbq boneless wings so I brought you bbq sauce!" And walked away. I could've gotten cold nuggets and bbs sauce from McDonalds if that were the case.We also ordered alfredo with chicken which came out cold on the bottom and honestly I've had better alfredo from a frozen michelinis box. My grinder (full size) barely had sausage on the top (they literally could've been counted). Complete waste of $53 . Would not recommend or return. Food was not good nor was the customer service.

Reply to owner: so we arent addressing the wrong order and the fact the right order was "forgotten,"and dismissed with a side of sauce? When you put the sauce on the boneless wings is it cold as well and not heated up? Wish I would've known that but thanks for your reply. I would've been happy with her pouring the sauce on the boneless wings and microwaving it because clearly she offered no resolution other than a side of cold sauce and...

Not sure where to start really. Well when you walk in the carpet is so dirty with drink and food stains. Then you walk up and order a half a grinder and find out the tiny little thing is $10 or more depending whats on it. So if you try to bring your family in for dinner it costs a fortune. This isn't a steak house people. They charge ridiculous prices for extra items that they barley put on in the first place. Next I walk in, order my super expensive food , I pay go straight in the bathroom pee and when I come out she is handing me my food I say no way in hell that that can be done already. Sure enough for the second time the chicken on my grinder is cold and the sandwich sucks! Take some pride in your cooking why dont you.. Take your time dont just rust customers out so you can get back to your facebooking on your phone. The Bellacino's in Warren or Troy is never like this. Every time I come back to your store we say we are never coming back, when will we learn you people just dont care about your cleanliness nor your quality , keep making that money with those prices we wont...
