I would leave zero stars if possible! I am in complete shock and awe at this horrible customer service and communication for this company. My fridge stopped working Wednesday, my management company sent in the paperwork to have a new one replaced and took them until Friday to bring me one. That being said, they never called to confirm a delivery time, showed up to my house at 8:00 am, when I was at work. First, why would you just show up to deliver an appliance without confirmation from the person receiving? Second, when I called and spoke to the gentleman on the phone he was extremely rude when I asked if they would be able to come back at the end of their route since they messed up and didn’t confirm with me prior, hjs answer was, “uh probably not”. Which is absolutely unacceptable! Why am I being punished for their error? Then I call to reschedule a time and got a voicemail, left a message explaining the ridiculousness of this entire situation and that I have 2 children under 5 and I had to throw away over $300 worth of groceries due to them spoiling since I thought I would have received the fridge before Saturday. Now they tell me after the 3rd phone call they load the truck at 7 and deliver until their done, ZERO time frame. I explained I have an appointment in the morning and I have to leave by a certain time and that I NEED a window. The woman said she could have them email me a 4 hour window. I am absolutely disgusted at the sorry excuse for customer service and inability to make a situation right that was made wrong...

My Original purchase was a tv and a xbox console. Not being a huge gamer or tech savvy.. I did not know the tv I was buying has Xbox built right in.. no longer needing this Xbox console I inquire about a return or exchange for something else. This was agreed upon.. in exchange I asked for a specific model sound bar. Was not told its special order only. I was led to belive a floor model was the sound bar I had asked for. Several factors led me to belive and trust them so trying to be hassle free I agreed and took the floor model. No manual no mounting hardware.. few minor scuffs but I was willing to accept it. (Mind you I bought a tv mount with the tv but figured I'd order the missing ones for the sound bar online) so I bring it home (no unboxing required for floor models) no manual.. I'm hooking it up and see the model# so I write it down to research. I discover this is not the model I wanted. I return to the store and the salesman avoids me. Not willing to work with me I leave hoping they will come to some sort of agreement to make everyone happy. A phone call led to this salesman raising his voice and hanging up. Now I am stuck with something I do not want that he states (I bought as is) I never asked for this model never would have left with this model. I will be contacting regional headquarters this week if no agreement...
   Read moreI had a great experience with David Mudge. The other sales people not so much. He was very personable, kind and took time to get my questions answered. He is honest and true. However, the one salesman was more eager in making a sale. He asked for my Driver's License and was taking my information down without explaining why. I had to ask him what he was doing and once I realize that he was setting me up with a credit card, I had to stop him and tell him that I did not want a card. He never once ASKED me if I wanted to sign up for the card in the first place. All I wanted was the TV. Then the salesman puts screen cleaner and a package of HDMI cables on the counter. AGAIN, I never asked for these items. I told him that I did not want these items. It was obvious that this salesman was only interested in making a sale. This type of sales technique is rude and demeaning and ridiculous. This salesperson should have been the one to have gone to the back to look for the TV. Not David. If David had been the one that had closed out the sale, I would have walk out with a TV and not walked out like I ended up doing without a TV. I left ABC Warehouse feeling dissatisfied and disrespected. I highly doubt that I will ever go to ABC Warehouse again....
