Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Chesterfield Township

Perhaps the best customer service I have ever encountered! I stopped in while waiting for my truck to be finished across the street because I wanted to ask about the possibility of a special order pizza. I'm sensitive to both starches and sugars, and as such cannot eat any traditional grains. This obviously rules out pizza crust, so I asked the kid at the front about whether they could make an all-cheese crust for my pizza that I had seen on reddit. The kid at the counter went back to ask his manager, and a middle aged gentleman came out to ask if he could help just as the kid left for the back.

That gentleman turned out to be Roy, who owns this and several other Little Caesars, and has for the past 40 years. He clearly has a passion for both pizza and customer service, as he and the shift manager (Paige) spent the next 30 minutes with my trying to get this crustless pizza right. We collaborated. He brought me in on the process. In the end he presented me with a perfect, amazing, and nutrutionally-suited-for-me crustless meat lovers pizza. He then refused to take money from me because of the time it took to make, saying "the first one's on the house."

The amount of time and care they put into my request meant that they would have been losing money on whatever they charged me, let alone gratis. But Roy has earned me as a lifetime customer, and if his passion for pizza translates to the rest of the staff there, you can count on getting a good, local pie to take...

UPDATE BELOW PLEASE READ* Sitting outside waiting for our pizza, and 4 employees are outside on their phones, smoking, and just having a great time! While there's 6 people in line waiting for food! Great customer service!

WARNING* UPDATE* On 7/26, we ordered a Supreme and a Meat Trio Pizza for dinner. At 3:30am after consuming the pizza (Had a light lunch of crackers and cheese prior) I became violently ill. I ended up going to the ER. They treated me and my symptoms continued to worsen and was admitted back into the ER at 830pm the same day. I had some kind of horrible stomach bug/food poisoning. It took 2 days to finally clear and I will warn everyone to watch what you eat here!

I have YET to see any adults at this location. Only kids slacking off, swearing, and not doing their job. I can't say 100% that this location's food was the culprit of my illness, but the irony is there...and seeing a bunch of workers not doing their jobs, and goofing around, makes me highly question the integrity of the food being prepared here.

I'll be honest. I had abandoned Little Cesar's. Not due to anything other than, it was truly the best thing ever when I was in high School. Problem was, it didn't seem to have expanded and adapted to meet my taste buds 30 years later. Well! I tell you I'm back! Twice in one week actually. The new thin crust pepperoni is to DIe for! Thin, Crispy on edges with golden crust underneath that tastes so buttery. The pepperoni completely cover! So good!! The price 6 bucks is a winner. Next, the staff at the Chesterfield store have renewed my faith in young people

They are dressed clean and neat and very, very professional, friendly and respectful. The store is always clean and the store supports local businesses and schools by sharing their info and events on the wall. I appreciated reading the information.
