Read moreI just wanna start off by saying I typically don’t complain about food places, I don’t like to complain because I understand everybody is just trying their best, but sometimes, people can get a little lazy and screw orders up. Not too long ago, actually quite recently my boyfriend and I got a 4 pack of cookies from here, we got two semi sweet chocolate and then two other cookies. The semi sweet chocolate chip cookies are supposed to come with SEA SALT, and only a little pinch on top. Someone dumped table salt all over the cookie, I wish I had photo proof of this but I’m not exaggerating when I say the whole top of the cookie was covered in salt, when I took a bite I almost had to spit it out because it was overwhelmingly salty. I understand it was later at night, and I get people make mistakes, but that’s a pretty big one. Not to mention some of the workers without saying names or calling them out seem to have a little bit of an attitude. One of them was very rude to my boyfriend not once, but twice, she seemed very bitter and just wasn’t having it. That’s all I have to say, I’ve had better crumble locations and I honestly probably won’t be coming back...
Read moreI was super excited to see Crumbl Cookies made it's way to Chesterfield! I usually go to the location on Hall Rd in Sterling Heights. I visited the Chesterfield location twice since their grand opening. Both times this location has now served me uncooked cookies. The visual appearance of the cookies are deceiving when they open the box to show you the cookies prior to you leaving the store. Once I arrived home both times, I could not eat the chocolate chip cookie, Chocolate Caramel cookie, or the Strawberry cookie due to all three being raw in the middle. Today I went back to give them a second shot and was served a raw Chocolate Chip cookie again. I had to place the cookie back in the oven so my kids did not get sick. I also noticed something interesting while in the store. One team member touched money while on the assembly line frosting cookies. It was totally unsanitary and not okay. I know the employees are pretty young, but they should know to never touch money or anything unrelated to the food you're preparing for others to eat. More training is definitely needed for this location. Just constructive criticism Hope this helps for...
