Iāve only been to this location twice. The first visit wasnāt bad at all. The second visit was horrible. The restrooms were nasty and the customer service was even nastier. I went in ordered a smoothie. The cashier said Iāll ring you at the other end of the counter but then proceeded to make my smoothie. I saw she wasnāt ready to cash me out yet so I excused myself and said Iām gonna go use the restroom. I figured by the time I come out of the restroom, my smoothie should be ready and Iāll pay. Well when I came out, I stood there for about 5 minutes or longer waiting to pay. She finally came up to me and asked am I ready to pay but I didnāt see my smoothie. I said yes but is the smoothie ready? I gotta go. (mind you⦠Iām on the clock so I was pressed for time). Anyway, she said your smoothie is ready Iām just waiting on you to pay. I said well where is it, I donāt see it. She says, well thatās because itās still blending. Howās it ready but blending at the same time? Smh the cashier seemed very snarky and she was talking under her breath to another co-working and smirking. I just didnāt like the vibes. I said you know what, donāt even worry about it. I donāt like your attitude, keep the smoothie, then I left. I donāt know what that was all about but hopefully the owner sees my review and talks with their employees about professionalism. I placed my order and proceeded to the wait area to wait for my smoothie and the young gal said something about me to her fellow co-worker and he made direct eye contact with me. So that right there shows me they were talking about me. Pretty disrespectful, also it doesnāt look good for a new business. You have already lost a customer and you havenāt even been open for more then 2 weeks. Iām a manager in customer service, if you really do have an issue with someone that has modification to a smoothie you keep it to yourself and vent about it behind close doors. I was also gladly to express how they treated a customer! If you donāt care about customer service this place may be for you. But if you base your experience off of customer service this isnāt the place for you. Also itās over priced for a place that gives awful customer service. If a place is going to over price their smoothies then they need to wow their guests! When I got home literally I dropped my drink and it went everywhere. The cup broke I couldnāt even save it. Any of it. I was devastated. Buy an $8.00 (really $10.00) smoothie and canāt even drink it.
