Update: I went back to give this place another try. we were greeted by being told our family couldn’t sit together. Also, portion sizes on most items have been significantly cut. The soup bowls were now only half full for the regular soups that had impressed me before and a few soups had been removed from the soup portion of the menu and a pho (soup) was available in a different portion of the menu for double the price. those bowls at least came full. The service had improved just slightly, but at least it improved. Just as with my original review below, I don’t think the mediocre service was from the staffs lack of trying, but from a lack of proper training.

A bit over-rated. Pricing is somewhat typical for this type of restaurant. Expect to pay about $12 - $15 for most entrees. Most sushi rolls are a little high priced in my opinion, with the very basic rolls beginning at a average of $7 - $12 and most other rolls costing $15 - $20. The soup was $8 - $12 for a very large bowl and probably the only thing resembling a good deal here. As far as I can tell, and despite a new name, this restaurant is the EXACT SAME food as 'Re-O-Na' that preceded it. So if you were impressed or disappointed with that one, expect pretty much the same. The only real difference I saw was the they took away some of the more extravagant decorations like the water lilies, live fish and curtains on the booths (all of which had made for a better atmosphere and had drawn my kids to want to return). About the food: On the last visit; I ordered basic rolls (albacore & salmon) for two reasons, I enjoy fresh fish without a bunch of stuff masking the flavor, and I didn't want to pay a bunch for fluff. Unfortunately, the basic rolls came with mayo sauce drizzled all over them. My kids also ordered sushi and sashimi. Theirs was overpriced in my opinion and also had sauce drizzled all over them (somebody that has no taste for traditional sushi must have thought this was a good idea for presentation). Despite my disappointment with the preparation, the quality of the sushi was decent. My wife ordered shrimp pad thai. The portion was generous but the quality and preparation was not bad but definitely not better than mediocre. The sauce tasted like it was powdered and not reconstituted properly. The noodles were a bit dry. The large bowls of soup saved me from a complete disappointment. 2 of my kids and one of my parents each ordered a bowl and it was enough to share with the whole family (7 of us this visit). 1 soup bowl is easily enough for two people. The soup tasted good (although my kids did not like the seafood soup that my father ordered) and the while the seafood soup was more muscles than any other seafood, there were plenty of them and they were quite large. Service: I ordered water with no ice for me snd my wife, we only got one water without ice and it was ice cold. I'm sure that this could have been resolved if I had complained. We also had an incident where one of the kids spilled some water on the table and I asked the waiter for some help to clean it up, he continued to bring our food out before eventually addressing the spill and rather than asking someone for help. Despite this, and that they seemed they could use some more training and insight (probably more of the management's fault than the staffs), the staff seemed like they were trying to do a good job. I wasn't overly impressed nor was I very disappointed with the service. With the pricing, and for this type of restaurant, I would have expected a little bit better. I probably would have rated this restaurant a little higher if it wasn't for the fact of all the rave reviews making this place quite overrated (Do people around Cheyenne have low expectations for Asian food?) when it is in reality a little underwhelming. It wasn't really bad, but I am definitely not inspired to return here again in the near future. I don't think that anything was bad or that their prices are unreasonable alone, I just don't think that the overall quality was that good or that it meets the...

I absolutely love love love the food here. The staff is always so very welcoming and upbeat, they are very quick to get you seated and get your drinks and give you time to order and when you get the food it's some of the best food in this town. I am an absolute love with their chicken pho I could eat that every day of the week My husband has gotten the type of dish where it's meat and vegetables with rice noodles and even though he walks out feeling like we need to carry him and wheelbarrow he eats it all because it's that delicious. And this is also one of the few restaurants in town that is cognizant of people having wheat allergies and gluten sensitivities and offer non-wheat options to their traditional food. All of the food that I have tried there is absolutely amazing I love there sushi I'm not a big fan of sashimi but those that have gone with me that had it say it's fantastic. And it's a very family friendly environment and the way that they have a booth set up even though it gets really busy in there you still feel like you are alone in your booth and it kind of blocks out everybody else around you. This is a good restaurant to go on a intimate romantic date with your partner or to go celebrate birthdays with the whole family. I highly recommend this restaurant I think everybody needs to try it one time. And like I said the staff there are amazing they're always extremely welcoming and kind and if there ever is a problem they are extremely quick to fix the issue and at times if they feel it is necessary they will remove the cost of the food even if you eat it all they definitely put their customer satisfaction above all else and they go...

My wife and I have finally eaten through the majority of this menu so I feel like I can leave a definitive review.

I will start with the sushi since that's why you're here. It is not inconsistent and on a good day it is incredible. The sashimi cuts are thick and fresh (though I can tell they recognize and reward regulars), the quality is always sushi-grade, and they have a great variety of fish and rolls to choose from. The artistry and ambiance is average, but don't be fooled, they get their cuts from Denver on the daily and the chef knows his craft. My favorite is the sashimi salad (which I specially request with white tuna because it is on point here).

The rest of the menu is not to be forgotten, everything is at least average and a couple of the dishes are really fantastic like the pho. Considering the sheer scope of the menu (from Vietnamese to Mongolian) and the lack of quality Asian food in Cheyenne, this is really a one stop shop. Oh and the prices are all low, I really am surprised by my bill every time. The sauces are all light and thoughtfully designed from the salad dressing to the sushi rolls, which is becoming less and less common in this country. The ingredients are always fresh and high quality. The portion sizes are large (though the apps are moderate compared to some places) and they even have a comprehensive bar. The servers are great too, they can be shy and hard to understand at first but they always remember your order and...

Nice mix of Asian cuisines in a very large restaurant. There’s street parking in front and a lot behind it with a rear entrance as well. Clean and being socially distanced. Service was excellent with frequent drink refills and additional item delivery. They thoughtfully provided chopstick trainers for the child. Standard offerings in the cuisines, nothing spectacular, but all prepared nicely. The pho was good with plenty of included veggies and spicy sauces to add. The tempura pieces were good. Egg rolls were crisp though they might have spent another minute draining as the hot oil remnants weren’t great. Asian chicken salad could have used smaller chicken pieces but the peanut sauce was good.

the food was excellent. the service was great. the atmosphere felt refined and modern. and it was well air conditioned! we stopped in between meal times so the place was empty and calm, but it looks like the kind of joint that can get loud and boisterous on weekends. big booths and a bar, wide open space, well-staffed, and again the food was excellent!! large portions, and our leftovers were just as good heated up the next day! price wise, it was very normal for a sushi restaurant in the states, around $13-$15 a roll. the other dishes were also an average price these days
