Never have I ever been treated so poorly at any fast food restaurant. We have visited this location many times and never have we been disrespected like we were today. We get into the drive through where the line is huge and we take the gamble that it will move fairly quickly. One you get into the drive thru you can’t just get out. We sat for 45 MINUTES!!! 45!!!!!!! Then we finally get to the speaker and the girl on the mic is snide and does not care at all that it is taking forever to do anything. Then they are out of potatoes??? At 1pm on a Sunday you are out of your signature items???? Seriously? So now we are really trapped in the never ending drive thru and we can’t even get what we would like. Wow! We wait longer because we are trapped behind one guy in a car that must have ordered the entire menu. Then we see one tiny bag come out the window and he drives away.... then we finally get to the window and I ask for the manager. No hello, no sorry for the wait, no anything from the girl at the Window. After an ample amount of time this guy, SHELBY, comes to the window and says in the most nonchalant manner, “SO...WHATS UP?!” Are you kidding me???? For one he did not look like management and if he was...they were seriously digging at the bottom of the barrel to find this guy. I proceed to tell him about the experience and he is smiling with his black teeth and is like “yea, we’re short staffed” so I say, well maybe someone needs to inform the customers waiting in the never ending line about the lack of food and service. At this point we are livid. I asked him for the GMs name and the RMs name and he told me I can’t give that to you all I can do is give you this... and attempts to hand me the back of a receipt with the survey number on it... I am now on a mission. This store needs an overhaul. Yes it is just fast food but for $10 a meal (same as a sit down restaurant) I would expect some respect as a customer. This is disgraceful, I can see if it was a store full of kids but these are adults. This makes me sad to say that Cheyenne is my town. Maybe if they weren’t in the back cooking up meth or whatever they could cook Wendy’s products. Stay away from...
Read moreWendy's has always been one of my favorite fast food restaurants and I feel like the franchise doesn't get talked about enough. I visit this location maybe twice to three times a month depending on how often I need to run errands. I have never had a disappointing meal from here. The baconator fries are a really big treat that my daughter and I split. The workers always have the best attitude no matter how busy it gets. The restaurant is, for the most part, very clean and neat. The atmosphere is what I call calm. It's always peaceful when my daughter and I come to visit and dine in. The only reason I gave Wendy's a 4/5 star for the atmosphere is that while there are lovely pictures hung around the restaurant, I feel like the walls and floors are a really bland color. Wendy's used to have the awesome garden dining area and over the years have that bland beige/gray coloring and it just feels like the franchise isn't trying to be attractive anymore. We still love this location very much and will...
Read moreWent through the drive thru and order was wrong (had cheese). So I went back through, and explained I couldn't have cheese due to allergies and requested another burger. The 2nd burger also had cheese on it. Went back through for 3rd time and explained its no big deal, I get mistakes happen. At this point the manager refused to make another burger and they gave me my money back. After I told them I wasn't upset, that I get that mistakes happen, that i'm not looking for a refund and to please keep my money, I just want the correct burger, all while being polite to the employees...the manager rolled his eyes and said I'll do it this time, but won't remake another burger for you. Fortunately the burger was made correctly the final time. I recorded the incident to prove i wasn't just being rude or an...
