This place show poor customer service and management in that area the people working behind the counter showed lack of interest in working there. Showing you with there attitudes that they are only there because they need the money not that they like there job. I ordered my food anyway because who can really mess up chicken as I was there waiting I put money in there gaming machine to pass the time then when my food was ready I tried to print out my ticket and couldn’t so I go to there counter where the young lady was working who had been talking on her cell phone the entire time and asked if she could help me retrieve my ticket as she is popping her lips and giving me attitude because I am only trying to leave she tells me there is nothing she can do I ask her to call her manager just to be told to come back tomorrow I don’t live around here I explain this young lady shuts the counter window now I get pissed because how can you be disrespectful to people who is in your place of business so I just called the police so shameful and disappointed I am all the way on 120 east 35 th Street trying to help support the community and this is how you treat people ok I will just call and make a police report and inconvenience myself by coming back to get money that they owe me but you better believe I got my money back for my food because with that type of nasty attitudes they probably didn’t even wash there hands because if you don’t treat your customers with respect you don’t deserve my business so once I get my money that they owe me I will never go back...

11/1/2012 @ 12:51 ordered a 4 wings combo with mild sauce. First, the receipt was not readable...you couldn't see your order number much less your itemized order. Took more than 20 mins for order to be called. Finally, the cashier repeatedly ignored to the customer's request for both knowing what their order number was and status of food. She continued to call out numbers, I gave her my receipt to "read" and the a$$hole of a cashier actually gave me the wrong order. Even after hearing her call out my order, I attempted to give her back the bag to verify the order. Instead of doing that, the dumb broad gave me a "stupid look" like I should know the order is correct.
I stopped going to the Hyde Park Harold's Chicken for the same reason that I will now never return to this location. Screw your business if you can't find...
Read moreI had the same experience as the gentleman who commented before me. The older lady who takes the orders has a disgusting attitude as though customers need her business. This is my first time at this location, and last. I usually visit the one on 22nd street. I only stopped in here because it was close to my next stop. The food is over priced. They’re charging $4 for a bottled drink and $15 for 6 wings. The food was not prepared properly, and the fries were not good at all. Take your money elsewhere. The 22nd location always gives me good food, and though the older lady isn’t chatty or super energetic when you walk in, she isn’t rude. When this cashier gave me my receipt she handed it to me while looking the other way. Her intentions is to be rude to the customers.
