Overall one can create some very good food combinations here whether they be salads, wraps, warm bowls, etc. However, here are some drawbacks. 1. You cannot get a nutrition chart online and I do not believe they have paper versions in the restaurant. They have an online nutrition calculator that adjusts when you select your order, but, it is incorrect. For instance, if you select "shaved parmesan" and "avocado", it will incorrectly read "0g FAT", "7g Saturated Fat". Therefore, I cannot trust their nutrition calculator so I don't know what I should or should not be eating and I wind up not ordering from them as a result, and resort to Protein Bar & Kitchen a few blocks away (which is very good). 2. I downloaded the app so I could take advantage of their rewards program and went to build my warm bowl, and there was no option for it. There is an option for it on the website, but not on the app. The app did include their other two custom build items being Salads and Wraps, but not the Warm Bowls which is disappointing considering that is all I order from here, I download their app for rewards, and then find out that unfortunately, the rewards do not apply to me. : ( 3. When ordering online, they have a place to denote you want salad dressing on the side. Like most places (which I GREATLY dislike due to lack of cleanliness) they place the salad dressing in the container with your food. It has been touched by staff (regardless of whether they have gloves on or not - still bad with gloves because people touch everything in the store with those gloves and don't change them), and probably has been sat on more than one prep surface. I don't want anything that people are touching, or, any unknown food prep area germs unnecessarily making into MY bowl! Additionally, restaurants can use this tactic to serve less food for "dressing on the side" orders because of the large amount of space the container takes up. 4. On occasion, the avocados are rather brown inside. Not sure how this would happen unless they cut them in halves, and leave them out too long before serving. Either way - nothing is worse than a brown or black avocado. 5. I know this can happen to anyone anywhere who makes Organic Quinoa and Farro mix, but it consistently has uncooked hard pieces and/or the "husk" from the ingredients in it which if you're chewing too hard, may come near breaking your teeth. I have to spit out about 3-4 bites with every meal due to this. 6. They have an area to place notes on your order. I did not select any dressing for the side, yet, it came with dressing. No big deal but I HATE wasting food or other items and I have to toss the dressing because I'm not going to use it. Luckily, they placed it outside of my container bowl or I would have been angry enough to never go back. The only reason I wrote "NO DRESSING" on the order was specifically because they throw it on top of your food in the bowl. This also raises the fact that because of this, I have to bring my own dressing from home which is an obvious inconvenience. 7. On the order form they have an area to "Opt out of utensils/napkins" which I select on every order (I've ordered about 10 times so far). Each time, I get a fork and a napkin. Just another wasteful annoyance more than anything but nonetheless, another factor that shows the company could have better policies, staff training measures, etc. These are all issues that ultimately impact their bottom line since it impacts customer behavior (like mine). It makes me question their oversight, attention to detail, cleanliness, and ultimately, trustworthiness. I am not recommending to not go by any means. You be your own judge. But if anything here bothers anyone, you at least know these details about the place. Hopefully I will be able to continue eating here despite these minor issues because you can create some very tasty salads, wraps...

By the time she got to the cash register she managed to put the wrong wrap in my bag. How this happened, there was another sandwich already made at the cash register and I guess after I requested that she cut the wrap, which she did in a 3rd instead of straight down the middle, it mustve thrown her off. I obviously didnt see as I was picking out chips at this time. To make things worse, you cant even call the store, the number is to some customer service hotline in another state. The worker couldnt even be corrected and I couldnt speak with the actual store manager. There local number should be listed as anything...
Read moreReally great food and friendly staff but picking up food at lunchtime on a weekday is appalling. Myself and multiple people around me had ordered 45 min before arriving, and still had to wait 30 min for our food after arriving. The restaurant is packed to the brim with impatient people. Huge waste of time during the workday. I would suggest the restaurant close their online ordering if it gets to be too much. I feel so bad for the staff trying to get through all of the orders. I will not be going back, at least not on a weekday, which is such a shame because the food is delicious and a healthier option compared to nearby...
