Today, while I was waiting for my order standing right at the counter, a little non-Spanish speaking girl went up to ask for a Happy Meal toy exchange, the worker said "no, this is the only one we have". I thought to myself, "Ok, I guess they only have 1 (toy option) at a time." While I was still waiting, another lady went to the counter with her daughter's toy, spoke in Spanish, asking for an exchange. The same worker went to the back and came back with 2 different ones for her to exchange for. I was also there for the Happy Meal toy collection, when I finally got my 2 happy meals, we got 2 of the same toy so I went to the counter to see if i can exchange for a different one. The same Spanish-speaking worker said to me "no, this is the only one we have". I replied to her, "can you check the back? I have 2 of the same and would like to exchange for a different one". Nope. "This is the only one we have". Wow, just because I was not a Spanish speaker, I don't get the privilege to exchange. Tells you a lot about this location and the workers working there. I know she is not obligated to exchange for anyone, but i was standing right there and witnessed 2 incidents of the same nature... Read moreGranted they were busy when I went to get my order, they forgot to include my apple pie. I ordered the Genshin collab apple pie and Genshin collab Deluxe McChicken Meal. The Genshin collab Deluxe McChicken meal comes with Deluxe McChicken, fries, drink, AND apple pie. The server/staff was not aware and even after explaining they kept saying I only get 1 apple pie total, when they it should have been 2 apple pie total (1 from meal and 1 as ala carte). My guess is staffs were not informed of the collab, and the receipt didn't show the meal include apple pie and made it harder to prove the meal came with it. One thing for sure is not making sure all staff are aware if this collab menu, and making it clear on the order receipt/ticket it comes with apple pie. Makes me wonder if McDonald did this as an "intentional flaw" to save money by forgetting the apple pie, in exchange for customer service/customer satisfaction. Read moreThis McDonald’s Refused to give me my Mobile order that I PAID for because THEIR App glitched when I put in the curbside parking spot number. When putting in the curb spot number the app took a long time to load then it just closed out on me while it was loading. I went inside to just get the order because that what they app told me to do when I reopened it and the employee told me it was because I took too long, I was there 10 minutes after the order was placed, he said I needed to be there in 5 minutes. He then proceeded to tell me I never paid for it, checked my bank account sure ensure the money was taken out of my account and he wanted me to pay for it AGAIN! He asked multiple times for an order number, I gave it to him over 3 times and he still was refusing to give me the order. Told me I needed to complete the process on the app, which I did follow the process, but again the app glitched.
