New Zaiqa, the Indian and Pakistani food restaurant, has truly redefined the culinary experience for lovers of South Asian cuisine.
One cannot help but marvel at the authenticity of the dishes. The flavors are vibrant and nuanced, capturing the essence of each region's culinary heritage. The aromatic spices transport you to the bustling streets of Lahore, the colorful markets of Delhi, and the fragrant kitchens of Mumbai, all in a single bite. The skilled chefs at New Zaiqa have mastered the art of balance, creating dishes that are rich and indulgent, yet never overwhelming.
One standout dish that left an indelible impression on me was the Biryani. Fragrant, perfectly cooked rice adorned with tender pieces of marinated meat, interspersed with sautéed onions and aromatic spices – it was a symphony of flavors and textures that I won't soon forget. The Tandoori offerings were equally exceptional, with succulent kebabs and naans baked to perfection in the traditional clay oven.

We arrived there at the end of a day of shopping and were pleasantly delighted at the beauty of the interior. The dishes we had were intricately spiced and each had an authentic Hyderabadi flavour to it. Kebabs, chicken tikka, mutton biryani, naan, paneer makhni - all finger licking deliciousness!
The desserts were amazing too! The chef and the hosts are truly professional and passionate about what they are doing. We had a great evening and a very warm company.
