Just had a pretty infuriating experience at this Noodles. My friend ordered a dish with tofu at about 10am requesting it be ready at noon - they opened at 11. The dish wasn't ready when we got there, and they said they didn't have tofu. Rather than calling and letting her know ahead of time, they offered other protein options. Obviously she ordered tofu for a reason as she's vegan. They claimed tofu would take an hour to make when they had an hour to prepare the meal in the first place. So that's her experience. I went with her with the intention of getting a rice crispy treat. There weren't any with the cookies but there was a tub of already made, just needing to be formed rice crispy treats on the counter behind her. She didn't offer to make one which clearly would have taken all of 30 seconds. She didn't even offer anything else. Overall, neither she nor the cook she spoke with provided any customer service, solutions, or concern with not having what is expected at the beginning of a lunch hour. Clearly this particular Noodles and Co. doesn't care about their customers and would prefer they just cancel an order rather than serve them. As it is a Sunday, and most lunch options are closed. Very disappointed with the...
Read moreI came here 5/22/19 at 8pm after visiting the Willis Tower. Noodles & Company was one of the only restaurants still open, and I'm so glad they were! The young man taking our order and the employee cleaning the dining room were both beyond courteous and made the experience so enjoyable. The food came out fast and was delicious! I really appreciated the vegan options and variety of their menu in general. They also have a really helpful tool on their website to find options that fit your diet using filters. I liked this place so much that when I went to the Mall of America in Minnesota a few days later, I went to the Noodles and Company there too. I wish they had more N&C near me (MA)- it really was a pleasant and memorable...
Read moreA sad experience. I ordered the steak stroganoff bowl with a side of potstickers to go. I took an elevator up in the connected hotel and was eating within three minutes of them handing me my meal.
The noodles were sticky and clumped. There was no trace of a gravy or sauce, and a small number of dry mushrooms, as well as some shreds of some kind of cheese, here and there. But the flavor of the small amount of meat was excellent.
The potstickers were tiny and greasy. I was very hungry and it did fill the void. That said I probably wouldn't try it again based this experience, but I have heard so many gush about it that I will try a different location and see if it was just this...
