My only recommendation for management would be to remind your front line team members to be as friendly, warm and kind as possible because so many of your guests have loved ones in the hospital. It’s easy for everyone to get rushed and forget that, but a little kindness goes a long way.

I received zero guac + Uber credited me $5. And, look at the pic…it doesn’t look anything like the pic. The eggs are rock hard clumps of eggs + remind me of the fake plastic texture ones served at hotels in the morning. I was going to order here daily for the next 7 days but not after this first impression. It’s on Northwestern’s campus which is a beautiful campus but it was a little tricky to find within one of NW’s buildings. I ordered the steak bowl with no beans and as you can see, it was almost 50% beans — and it cost $12.... To be fair, I didn’t say anything to staff because we were in a hurry and it takes them some time to prepare the food. Also, when I pay $12 for something this size, the staff had better get my order correct...
