Food was good, customer service is good because the lady infront is so nice, she welcome everyone who gets in but that manager has an attitude, lady you dont treat your people like that specially they are doing their job, obviously it will get busy because people are buying, its not the cashier fault that people are coming in, tell the people in the kitchen to hurry up.. doesnt mean you are the manager you will act like you are somebody. And if you want to talk to them you need to pull them to the side and say something not infront of a lot of customer like it was a show, she is human too,you wont care about what you do because you are so called manager, you dont care if you will be embarrassed because you are the one who say something to her, and if im not wrong she is just a new worker so you need to be patient because she is not a robot.. i feel so bad to that lady because she is like a puppy that get scolded by the owner infront of 10-15 people in the store and she is really doing her job to get this customer get their order.. š š š š ( im giving a 5 star because of this lady name bredgette ,I am not sure on the spelling,. But anyway tell the manager or the owner to train the overnight manager because she dont know how to manage people, she is in the middle of busy time she is talking to a somebody on the phone while people waiting for the pizza, only one cashier in from taking order for close to 20 customers waiting. Some poeple are mad because their order online is not done yet, like the so called manager should not be mad at the cashier, she should be talking to the people in the kitchen. She think she was so cool to look or to hear that she treat her like that. I really feel so bad on that cashier. She really is doing her job, entertaining people, welcoming everyone. She wouldn't know that will make her get fired because of what she showed. Doesn't mean you are already a manager you wont get fired, i know people that is working for how many year they get fired because of thier attitude is out of the line.) Lady fix your attitude because people can see you how you treat your people. One complain from the customer towards you is really a big deal and if the cashier needs a witness me and my mhusband will stand for her to just get you fired because what you showed is...

After another experience with a place that was closing soon, so we left and walked past Rosatis who was open for another 2-3 hours, so we were hoping not to be much of a bother here, plus itās easy, just slices of pizza. Nope. First of all, she was visibly upset when we walked up but looked at the menu instead of immediately order. The woman working the counter was openly rude and dismissive the entire time.
When we went to pay, the card reader was completely covered by a plastic shopping bag not partially, but fully. We tried to hand her our card since we couldnāt see the reader, and she just stared at us silently. After a few awkward moments, she asked, āThat it?ā We said yes and tried again to hand her the card. Instead of helping, she simply looked over toward the bag without saying a word. We figured out we had to remove the bag ourselves, she said that we had to āhit the green button twice.ā
We didnāt hear her clearly at first, due to both the focus on the unusual circumstances with the bag and possible the bag crinkling and inserted the card like you would normally. She immediately got irritated and snapped, āI said green button twice.ā We apologized, but she kept giving us attitude sighing loudly, side-eyeing us, and clearly acting annoyed when she had to walk over and grab our slices.
We werenāt being difficult, we were just trying to pay and move on. The whole interaction was uncomfortable and unprofessional. My girlfriend was genuinely upset by how she was treated, to the point of crying on our walk back to the hotel. We came in polite, just trying to grab a couple slices, and were met with hostility for no reason. It shouldnāt be this difficult to be a customer. If serving people with basic courtesy is that much of a problem, maybe reconsider...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give them 0 stars I wouldā¦.1 star doesnāt do the star justiceā¦.anyway, Iām from Detroit and am in town for a birthday celebration. My goal was to not eat anywhere I could in Detroit. We arrived back to our hotel fairly late, and the options for dining were scarce. So I thought them being open until after 2:00am would mean that theyād be staffed and ready for business. I was sadly mistaken. When we arrived, the line was out the door and the dining room was full, but no one was eating. Once we got to the register, about 25 minutes later, I ordered a deep dish pizza. I was told that it would be over an hour for my food, as they had to make all the orders in the dining room that were waiting. Plus the countless people who had nowhere to sit, and were in their cars waiting. Not shocked!!! But anyway, I drove around downtown sightseeing as I knew it would be over an hour before my food was even thought of. After 45 minutes, I came back and, to my surprise, my pizza done. The cashier opened my box to check it for accuracy, and realized it wasnāt deep dish. She gave me the thin crust pizza that was in the box, and asked if I wanted to wait on them to make my deep dish. I agreed to wait, and a half hour later, when I went back in to retrieve my food, to my dismay, it was another thin crust pizza. I was offered it as well, but seeing how the first one wasnāt the best, I didnāt want to experience another one. And when I asked what was the issue, I was told that the cook didnāt speak English, and he couldnāt understand her!!!!!!! And when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told thereās no manager working at that...
