Do not order delivery late at night from this place. 1st the driver forgot my pop and was not happy I asked him to go back and get it. I waited since that call outside my building. Then it was late and I texted him. He calls back screaming and yelling at me. Saying I have to be more responsible. In my photo you clearly see this guy only called me twice. Though he claims he called more. I don't appreciate the attitude. Then when I called the location. This girl asked my a question wouldn't even let me answer.she claims he texted me, never did. Below is a screenshot of the only calls from the driver.

Rosatis Pizza Chicago Loop Ideal location short distance to the Riverwalk... I ordered the Calzone ...Marinara Sauce with Mozzarella Cheese. Proportionately Gigantic in size, this Calzone befits at least 2 at a minimum. Overall very pleased ...the atmosphere was pleasant and the weather was/is very good... The Calzone was very cheesy... sauce and crust were ideally made. Expect at least 15 minutes for your order... (Needs to go through the oven) Very good 😊 although I couldn't finish it all off. On my way to the 'Riverwalk' don't wanna be too full... (Lots of walking ahead of me)

I am torn by this one, service was basically OK, a little chaotic, but not terrible. The two slices I got one of sausage and one of what I assume is pepperoni supreme, though as I am unwilling to register for delivery or pick I can't say for sure what it was. Brings me to the actual slices, pizza was tasty however, the think crust, which I don't have problem with, my issue would be with the state of the crust, which was extremely hard, not toasted almost stale and tough feel to it. May try again to see if the crust is still what I would consider unpleasant.

Food was good, customer service is good because the lady infront is so nice, she welcome everyone who gets in but that manager has an attitude, lady you dont treat your people like that specially they are doing their job, obviously it will get busy because people are buying, its not the cashier fault that people are coming in, tell the people in the kitchen to hurry up.. doesnt mean you are the manager you will act like you are somebody. And if you want to talk to them you need to pull them to the side and say something not infront of a lot of customer like it was a show, she is human too,you wont care about what you do because you are so called manager, you dont care if you will be embarrassed because you are the one who say something to her, and if im not wrong she is just a new worker so you need to be patient because she is not a robot.. i feel so bad to that lady because she is like a puppy that get scolded by the owner infront of 10-15 people in the store and she is really doing her job to get this customer get their order.. 😠😠😠😠 ( im giving a 5 star because of this lady name bredgette ,I am not sure on the spelling,. But anyway tell the manager or the owner to train the overnight manager because she dont know how to manage people, she is in the middle of busy time she is talking to a somebody on the phone while people waiting for the pizza, only one cashier in from taking order for close to 20 customers waiting. Some poeple are mad because their order online is not done yet, like the so called manager should not be mad at the cashier, she should be talking to the people in the kitchen. She think she was so cool to look or to hear that she treat her like that. I really feel so bad on that cashier. She really is doing her job, entertaining people, welcoming everyone. She wouldn't know that will make her get fired because of what she showed. Doesn't mean you are already a manager you wont get fired, i know people that is working for how many year they get fired because of thier attitude is out of the line.) Lady fix your attitude because people can see you how you treat your people. One complain from the customer towards you is really a big deal and if the cashier needs a witness me and my mhusband will stand for her to just get you fired because what you showed is...

The girl with face tattoos (just trying to identify her since no name tag) on the night of 07/05 into 07/06 was extremely rude. After another experience with a place that was closing soon, so we left and walked past Rosatis who was open for another 2-3 hours, so we were hoping not to be much of a bother here, plus it’s easy, just slices of pizza. Nope. First of all, she was visibly upset when we walked up but looked at the menu instead of immediately order. The woman working the counter was openly rude and dismissive the entire time.

When we went to pay, the card reader was completely covered by a plastic shopping bag not partially, but fully. We tried to hand her our card since we couldn’t see the reader, and she just stared at us silently. After a few awkward moments, she asked, ā€œThat it?ā€ We said yes and tried again to hand her the card. Instead of helping, she simply looked over toward the bag without saying a word. We figured out we had to remove the bag ourselves, she said that we had to ā€œhit the green button twice.ā€

We didn’t hear her clearly at first, due to both the focus on the unusual circumstances with the bag and possible the bag crinkling and inserted the card like you would normally. She immediately got irritated and snapped, ā€œI said green button twice.ā€ We apologized, but she kept giving us attitude sighing loudly, side-eyeing us, and clearly acting annoyed when she had to walk over and grab our slices.

We weren’t being difficult, we were just trying to pay and move on. The whole interaction was uncomfortable and unprofessional. My girlfriend was genuinely upset by how she was treated, to the point of crying on our walk back to the hotel. We came in polite, just trying to grab a couple slices, and were met with hostility for no reason. It shouldn’t be this difficult to be a customer. If serving people with basic courtesy is that much of a problem, maybe reconsider...

If I could give them 0 stars I would….1 star doesn’t do the star justice….anyway, I’m from Detroit and am in town for a birthday celebration. My goal was to not eat anywhere I could in Detroit. We arrived back to our hotel fairly late, and the options for dining were scarce. So I thought them being open until after 2:00am would mean that they’d be staffed and ready for business. I was sadly mistaken. When we arrived, the line was out the door and the dining room was full, but no one was eating. Once we got to the register, about 25 minutes later, I ordered a deep dish pizza. I was told that it would be over an hour for my food, as they had to make all the orders in the dining room that were waiting. Plus the countless people who had nowhere to sit, and were in their cars waiting. Not shocked!!! But anyway, I drove around downtown sightseeing as I knew it would be over an hour before my food was even thought of. After 45 minutes, I came back and, to my surprise, my pizza done. The cashier opened my box to check it for accuracy, and realized it wasn’t deep dish. She gave me the thin crust pizza that was in the box, and asked if I wanted to wait on them to make my deep dish. I agreed to wait, and a half hour later, when I went back in to retrieve my food, to my dismay, it was another thin crust pizza. I was offered it as well, but seeing how the first one wasn’t the best, I didn’t want to experience another one. And when I asked what was the issue, I was told that the cook didn’t speak English, and he couldn’t understand her!!!!!!! And when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there’s no manager working at that...
