Dunkin' — Restaurant in Chicopee

I wanted to come to this place to get a coffee. But when i looked it had a sign that said closed temporary. This place is inside bj's whole sale club on memorial drive in chicopee mass. This place is small it also has chairs and tables next to this place so that you can eat or drink at a table. They are working on this dunkin donuts place. I think they are making it bigger or maybe they are updating it to make it look nicer. The parking lot is huge with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. I don't know when this location of dunkin donuts will open up again. There is no sign saying what day it will open again. When I was at bj's they had huge boxes in front of this dunkin donuts and they had some new equipment in front of this dunkin...

Hire some new workers. The ones you have working there do NOT know what they are doing! I have been a long time customer but you are losing one for good today. I have had the last straw with this place. My orders always come out wrong. The workers are always too busy chit chatting and talking about tips. Goofing off and not paying attention. Today I go in and ask for 2 hot coffees. I had to REPEAT my order 3 times to the worker. He comes back and slams down two iced coffees and took off. How can he get it wrong when he asked me to repeat it 3 times?? The receipt even said 2 HOT coffees. Clearly you have idiots for workers. Roll back your cameras and watch how...

Yum Yum Yum ! They have the best Boston creme donuts period. Get there early because I am not the only one who loves these sweet treats and they sell out often. Great selection of tasty donuts, pastries and muffins. Their coffee is always good. They also have some tasty breakfast sandwiches and exspresso, tea and frozen drinks .They have a quick drive through if you are in a hurry and on the go. Staff is always on their game and friendly. Dunkin' Donuts is a old school New England tradition and a sacred place to us who have lived here. All hail the mighty Donuts...
