Frisch's Big Boy — Restaurant in Chillicothe

Please read before visiting this restaurant ! Do not waste your money!! : . let me give yall the lowdown on this Frischs. this restaurant is NOT part of the main frischs franchise. they are independently owned. as such , they do not accept any coupons. they do not have alot of the things other frischs have. They are not corporate so they are VERY stingy with all the food and condiments. food has gotten smaller and cheaper quality . Let me tell you - there are only about 3 things actually made fresh. chicken strips. hamburgers. eggs. pancakes. onion rings. * coconut pie. thats all. literally everything else comes frozen in a bag. your soups, even mashed potatos, sausage gravy, biscuits, pecan pie, cheesecake, fish, fries, cherry pie and apple pie, country fried steak, ..... its all premade freezer food. trust me. and they are charging prices that should be charged for homemade food but itsn ot home made . at all. none of it. the gravy comes in a can lol. the ice cream is so processed and has like 20 ingredients. in ice cream.

let me tell you something esle. none of the prep people wear gloves. neither do the cooks. i watched an old lady cook janet put her whole bare hand down into a pan of bacon on breakfast buffet day. thats when i decided i would never eat there again.

this place is always hiring because the manager is awful. she is rude condescending , micromanaging and lazy

i also saw raid bug spray being sprayed directly on packages of buns because there were gnats in the area that they are kept. instead of cleaning the area and getting to the source of the bugs, female manager sprays an obscene amount of bug spray directly onto bun packages . directly adjacent to the kitchen. while employees and customers were in the building. you are NOT supposed to remain in a closed building after that toxic poison is sprayed. this woman sprayed it directly on your bun packages. so, hundreds of poor customers unknowingly ingestted this poison on their buns and probably other food because like i said the manager sprayed while food was being cooked 2 feet away. atrocious. this place should be shut down. it makes me sad that they are probably making so many...

I brang our family here to enjoy some good food! What I got was less than that! ... I have a type one diabetic with me we ordered 2 dews and 1 diet dew waitress never said which was which so tasted all three! All three are regular dew . Told waitress she rudely says she made sure one was diet .. then rudely said she would replace it. Then rudely asked us what we wanted to EAT ... went around the table and didn't even take my order just walked off woth the order minus mine for I didn't even get to order! Took about 30min to get food on table . No straws given no silverware given one napkin a piece given . No asks for refills. The lady gave us busted open butter packs . Leans over our table plates and and drinks. I will not be back I will not bring my family back nor recommend anyone to go there. For 47$ I could have went to McDonald's for much better food and service! No way this place should be a 4 star...

Came in and got seated pretty quickly . The lobby was empty . On mothers day. But during our order the waitress seemed rude and impatient . The service was very lousy. The workers were all in the back swearing up a storm. And being unprofessional. No gloves at all. ( During pandemic ) and when we got our food it was worse then McDonald's and that's saying something because I hate McDonald's. Then the waitress comes and asks if we want desert . We say " I DONT KNOW" and she takes it as we said "NO" they charged our order wrong I ordered a platter and got only a side of fries . Not two sides. Didn't even put it in as a platter .nd my adopted mothers sandwiches didn't taste the best. . Charged her for an (extra platter) and all we got for the terrible service was coupons for hot fudge cake. No thanks. Not coming again. Need better service especially...
