I have had a Whitestone Dome Glass protector on my S10+ since I got it when the phone first came out. I haven't been able to use my fingerprint sensor even though its "supposed" to work. In any case, I pulled the protector off so I was wanting to get a film protector just to have some type of protection. I walked into this location and asked if they had any protectors. The woman working said, "yes we do." Cool. She pointed it out and said, "this one is $49.99." I said is this a film or glass. She confirmed it was tempered glass. I asked if she knew whether it was compatible with the in-display fingerprint sensor. That's when it started to get ridiculous. She said, "ummm... im..not sure?" She said it in such a way that seemed like she had no clue what I was even talking about. How do you work at Verizon and sell S10 phones and not know what the in-screen sensor is?
I explained I needed a film one. She proceeded to look at the couple options next to the glass one. They were on hooks that had the stoppers to prevent theft. She looked at one and said, "I think this one might be film." I struggled to lift it up to read the back and she didn't offer to take it off the hook so I could look closer at it. My fiance asked her, "can you take it out so we can check?" She said, "No I wouldn't be able to take it out." And just left it at that. Cant take it out, okay. Cant take it off the hook so I could look at it? That's not okay.
Seriously pitiful customer service. I'm not buying ANOTHER $1,600 phone, so I'm not worth the time for a $30...
Read moreThis is the store we originally began going to Verizon and bought 2( IPhone 15’s) & 1( iPhone 14) and enrolled in Auto-pay to save what we could on the bill monthly and it never worked the first time so I tried getting it set up a total of 3 times So after 2 years of service and going online and manually paying it every month. Ihad a hiccup and got behind a month owed $352( Which was totally my fault ) . So I went and payed it and they stated are account was a additional $1,800 in arrears which couldn’t have been correct So we went to the other Verizon by Panera bread and they stated that they didn’t see any such amount So we called customer service and got it straightened out and we did not owe the 1800$ and only owed the $352 that we payed Russell cellular was going to charge $1800 tht was a ? Made up amount? A mistake? I’m not sure but they couldn’t help me with anything until I cleared tht “$1800” past due payment So on top of that the dude and chick tht work they are rude, Misleading and not one bit helpful The other Verizon is a lot better on service and straightening out what was wrong and they saved us an additional $47 and got auto-pay to work and setup just fine. My Personal Opinion is the 1391 N. Bridge St Verizon store by Panera bread is a lot better Store &...
Read moreHorrible place, my order got messed up so they canceled it and started a new one which the new order required twice as much down, and when I said I’d wait till my next payday he ported my numbers over anyways and I lost my numbers. Well when I called him from a family members phone he was closing the store down early and wouldn’t let me just come back in and finish the order so I’d have a phone. So now I have no service till tomorrow. Horrible customer service.
Update on day two, they aren’t open and didn’t set my pin right and now my account is showing the devices and device payments and I’m unable to go somewhere else and get this fixed. Still without phones.
End of day two update, the phones we wanted ARE showing up on our account with an active device payment agreement and is showing paid just waiting activation, but Russel Cellular which is this store (they are not Verizon) said I have not paid it and I’m still without phones, Verizon was nice enough to put my old T-Mobile phone on my account so I’d have a working phone till Russel cellular corporate gets back to me on...
