Gusto Italian Bistro — Restaurant in Chino Hills

I just found out that this restaurant opened and today I had a horrible craving for some fresh pasta! I went in and ordered a build your own pasta with ziti sorrentina sauce and spinach! I also ordered a half moon caprese and the affogato (vanilla gelato, Nutella, espresso and fresh whipped cream). I was so excited I had my affogato before I even got home! It was delicious but my only complaint was that the gelato itself was a tad bit icy. The caprese pizza was really fresh tasting and unique. My pasta was hands down the star of the show, although I could’ve use a bit more ;sauce the flavors were incredible! The pasta was cooked Al dente and piping hot. I also really loved the atmosphere and opportunity to purchase some new goodies such as fresh olive oils, candies and even moka pots with coffee! I definitely will be returning to try more authentic tasting pastas, subs and pizza! I hope this place stays in business because we definitely need more diversity in our food options here In...

From the moment you walk in you're greeted with a very friendly and warm greeting down to the food and the service and everything about this place was good as somebody who's been seeking authentic Italian food this Bistro really captivated me no more going to Olive Garden or any of these other places this is real food with real authentic cuisine down to the meatballs that are made in home all the way to their chicken Milanese the price point is fair as everything is made in home fresh. Me and my wife came here two times already and I waited until the second time to leave a review confirming that this place is indeed marvelous everybody is attentive and kind and for a small Bistro really gives you a 5 out of 5 service I will definitely be coming back for October Fest to catch the beer...
