Overly aggressive sales tactics have escalated over the past few months and passive aggressive staff make the experience unwelcoming. I think this is just the sign for me to take my business permanently to Lush where I don’t get harassed or a whole inquisition even after I’ve said multiple times, “No thank you, I’m just browsing”. I used to enjoy coming in on my lunch breaks and taking my time selecting whatever it is I wanted for my home spa supplies. I usually don’t ever leave without making a purchase. When your customers keep saying over and over again, “No thank you” that doesn’t mean try harder to sell me on products that I’m not currently looking at. That means leave me alone, I’m browsing. Sabrina, greeted me at the door and let us know about all the sales and everything they had. When i asked her about different candles to purchase that didnt have a super heavy pumkin scent she recommended some beautiful smelling candles. I remembered my friend had a candle but couldnt remember the name only part of it she went looking for it and eventually found one. It wasn't the one my friend had. But she was so sweet and so amazing for doing that for me. She offered me a bag when i had lots of candles and she was ready to help with a friendly personality and a go to attitude. I was shopping in Chino Hills yesterday with my dear friend. She loves B&BW’s so we went there , she got her soaps and I was looking at candles and this wonderful sales associate Niko just made my very normal shopping experience a wonderful experience. He was full of energy, loved his job he was just a wonderful person. In today’s mask wearing world it’s difficult to shine but Niko was amazing! We will always ask for Niko when shopping there in the future. Then adorable Taylor checked us out and was friendly and pleasant. Thank you B&BW...
