It's Boba Time Chino Hills — Restaurant in Chino Hills

The customer service I experienced in my last visit was awful. I placed an order by phone at this place with my name and phone number and was told my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I get there around 30 minutes later and I ended up having to wait about 10 minutes just to get to the till. I tell them my name, but apparently they can't even find my order even though I confirmed the correct location prior. I replaced the order and they told me a 5 minute wait, reasonable since I should have already had my order by then. Instead, I had to wait 15 minutes outside until they finally got my order ready. What should've been a quick 5 minute pickup instead got lengthened to around 25-30 minutes of just waiting around. I asked if there would be any compensation since my order was lost and I had to wait much longer than I should've but I was told there would be none at all. Not even a small discount or anything for a mistake I had no control over. Never had I experienced such disregard for the customer and as such I will no longer be taking my business here. My favorite was the peach iced tea w/ boba . I wish I'd got the larger size. Next time I'll try it without boba Next time!!

Second was the orange slush..it was really good like a fresh ingredients slurpee . Plus an orange slice inside. Idk if I was just hot or what but I guzzled it down and the brain freeze was worth it 😅. It was a treat cuz I don't drink orange juice often in fact I rarely do even tho i love juices ,cuz of the sugar content so it was a treat.

The mango green was ok. Maybe cuz u got it less sweet idk. And I got the large too cuz mango is my favorite tea flavor ironic because I don't care much for the actual fruit .

The drink really varies on who makes the drinks. So it definitely tastes different from time to time. But overall I think it tastes ok.

I really loved this It's Boba Time and really wanted to support this company. I bought one of their large reusable cups and so I wouldn't continually waste plastic cups and straws to be more conscious of waste. I bought the large cup thinking that I can get a regular drink or a large drink depending on how I feel each time I come. Sometimes I just can't finish a large size so I opt for the smaller size. They did not tell me there was any rules of using this cup when I purchased it. So last time I was trying to purchase a regular sized drink for my large reusable cup they said it could not be done and gave no valid reasoning. You can only buy a large sized drink for a large size reusable up. So pretty much they're kind of making you buy a large size if you have the large reusable cup.
