Horrible customer service.. Waitress Hannan rude. Forgot we ordered coffee and water and didn't come back to the table for 25 mins to get the food ordered. Family was hungry to help her out I ordered at the front desk. When she came back 10 mins after I had ordered without our drinks just to asked if we were ready I said. I knew u were busy so I ordered already if u can please get the drinks. Then when the food was ready she was very rude and ignored when we asked for the drinks we were missing. After she brought out food she didn't bring our condiment I had to go to the other table to get them. We didn't get a refill on coffee never went to check if we needed anything. And didn't give us or bill, she sent another coworker to give us the bill and when we asked for more coffee since she didn't bring it after 40 mins from the first time we asked. Her coworker was kind enough to do her job and help us out. She never came back not once to check on us after or to Apologize for not getting out coffee refill after that long

This Denny's is better than most diners. We love our server Francisco. He is fast, remembers what we like, checks on us often, and is engaging. We always ask to be seated in his section. Usually, we go for breakfast. There is a good variety, they don't have trouble with special requests, and the prices are affordable. The coffee is really good. When you put vanilla creamer in it, it is reminiscent of marshmallow. 😀 The hash browns are cooked to perfection, IMHO. The other staff is friendly, and it's CLEAN! They even dry the table after they wipe it with a sanitizer. We love it's there. It's our normal breakfast date place. UPDATE: 2/6/25 We love coming to this Dennys! Francisco is the best! He does the work of 2 or 3 people, he's so quick. He always has. In fact, he does whatever is needed, bussing tables, running the register, seating guests, all while he is still serving at tables. He is invaluable to this Dennys. We only come on days that he's working, in fact. And the staff know that we want his section. It's our little respite. Except for the hash browns, the food was good. They were mostly undercooked and white. I didn’t need them to be entirely crispy and well done, but it should be a golden brown like advertised in their pictures. The server was good and attentive. My issue is with the added charge. As seen in the photos, breakfast toast can be subbed for regular pancakes. Specialty pancakes are extra. You can also see that the location matches that of my receipt. I’ve recently been to the Denny’s on Milliken, Vineyard, and Foothill. (I keep late hours, and frequent various Dennys.) All three locations subbed pancakes for toast with no issue whatsoever. I mentioned that, and the response was, “It’s like that in the system.” Well, it seems to me that the “system” at this location is inconsistent and deceiving with what’s given to the customer. Why should the customer get the bum deal over the mistake of this Denny’s? Again, it’s only this location. The other stores were honorable. If the app needs correcting, so be it.
