Juice It Up! — Restaurant in Chino

I normally go to this location. On my way to work. I usually use the app to order. Today I went around 3:30 PM ordered on the app 15 minutes before I got there. When I got there, it was me a gentleman and two women that were together. I asked if my drink was ready and I’m assuming she was the lead, she said I’m gonna make it right now the other two girls were in a conversation with a gentleman that was there. Who was waiting in the pick up section. The girl goes to the register and says what do you want to him and she gives him a free drink. Another girl comes in that the lead knows and she gives her a free drink. I asked excuse me do you have my drink. They look around at each other, and because the girl was so distracted with making her friend free drinks.. she forgets I’m there and puts the drink in the fridge so 30 mins after i ordered a drink online that said it would be ready in 10 I get there in 15.. wasted my time because they wanted to socialize and give out free drinks… won’t be returning on the weekends or during...

This location definitely could use a facelift as far as the interior of their store it just shows it's been here a while and the wear and tear is only proof of many customers coming in. Their staff was extremely helpful explaining the different ingredients that you can add. I ordered a vital protein Volvo and a Energizer with probiotics and spirulina I will definitely get these items again both tasted unbelievable. The store is very busy from the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out however the three young ladies behind the counter worked together efficiently and were able to deliver everyone's order in a timely manner I don't think I was in there longer than 10 minutes and people just kept pouring in and out. What a great example this business sets. Don't judge a book...

I always come to this location and order many juices , bowls and smoothies. Despite having a few problems in the past I’ve still come to this location. Today I order a juice and it didn’t look right or taste right even after mixing the juice myself it kept separating within seconds. When I asked for a new one or different because I didn’t feel comfortable drinking it I was told to pay for a new one. Not only told this but was given a dirty and irritable look by Hillary. When I asked for a manager both girls said they didn’t have one, just an owner named Nilim. And was informed that I could go ahead and speak to him he’s just going to tell me the same thing , pay for a new drink. Very upsetting to be treated like this. I just threw my drink away...
