Well, I go to all the other times in the high desert superve, especially the one on highway 18 in Apple Valley.Absolutely.Fantastic delicious food in excellent service but. I decided to eat at Tom's in Chino because my bus was getting window tinting down the street. It was in walking distance so I ordered no problem that went smoothly but I asked for strawberry jam for my toast. Maybe I didn't speak the right language or maybe I didn't say things clear but strawberry jam is red jam for my toast. Never got it at all. I asked young lady the waitress. She brought me 21 strawberry and one apple and she forgot what I wanted on top of that, but she remembered the other customers. Orders and extra order that they ask for no problem. So, finally the lady that was picking up the dishes while I was just about done with my food. I still wanted the strawberry jam. No one came around to ask me that I want to extra load up on coffee. A refill no one service is terrible there or maybe I just was there and they hired the kids that were straight out of the diapers. I don't know, I own and I run a customer service business. That's why I am very good at what I do because I watch how other people treat me when I'm there now. The funny part is I tipped. No matter what I tipped, and it was strange how the Gladiator was cleaning, the dishes out told another person. Or ask another person to get me the jam. And they brought me 4 apple jam. Somehow strawberry and apple, that's not the same, but service overall, I would not and I probably will not go back there again. Little things like that I would lose my customers, if I did things like that. Then they're gonna have a ton of customers, but they just won't have me. So I'll stick to the Toms that are up in the high desert. I won't ever recommend the one in Chino. Scarcely for breakfast that...
Read moreFirst time visit Clean Very bright lighting Pleasant staff
Location has been open for several months now Decided to stop by
I usually frequent the Tom's on Philadelphia Street and Reservoir Street in Pomona
It has become my most favorite spot since it is located in the neighborhood I call home
I usually order the same Egg Burrito & Regular Coffee This location in Chino is very modern with LED interior lighting Painted in soft white is the best way I can describe the interior paint The lettering on the menu boards is somewhat small But they are well lit
I ordered the same Egg Burrito and Regular Coffee It is served in a square skillet with Green and Red salsa This location has both salsas At first glance the tortilla was very dry However, I decided to try it Despite its appearance the Burrito was quite good as well as the salsas Both were mild and fresh
On the flip side the table service was good. Not the greatest but good for a location like this. They had 2 employees working the Dining Room. Bringing out the orders Asking customers if everything was good
But I had to ask for a refill for coffee After that they kept coming around if I wanted a refill A funny moment occurred when I told the young lady this was a nice location She replied: It's alright
Imagine if I was a Mystery Shopper I would have made a note of that
During my visit it became quite busy
The staff greeted and thanked the customers as they arrived and left
Overall, it was a good visit.
I would return since their food...
Read moreI want to start by saying that I truly enjoy the food and have always appreciated the loyalty program. As a mobility-disabled single mom, the online ordering was a game-changer for my family, making it easy for us to enjoy Tim’s meals twice a week.
However, I was disappointed to learn that online ordering is no longer available. I called to place my usual order, but unfortunately, the experience was not as smooth as before. I was initially overcharged by nearly $13, though the manager did adjust the prices to match the online menu. Despite this, my order was incorrect upon delivery.
Here were the issues I encountered: • A sandwich was missing cheese. • I requested no tomato but received tomato. • The burrito included sour cream, though I had asked for it to be left off. • The online menu previously allowed a mix of chicken and steak on nachos, but I was told over the phone that this was not an option.
It’s disappointing because we truly enjoy Tom’s food, but without the convenience of online ordering and with these recent issues, I won’t be able to continue ordering from them for now. I hope to see the online ordering option return...
