I thought tonight would be a nice night to go out and have a dinner with my family at one of our favorite places to eat. Well, when we got there we stood up at the counter for a good 5 minutes waiting on someone to come take our order, then when our order was placed we got our food kinda quickly which prolly meant that they rushed it. Well, we got our food and we went and sat down and we looked at our food to 4 tacos being wrong when we made it clear what we wanted on them. So, I went back up there and told them and one guy working there he knew it was wrong and then they asked for the tacos back and then they threw them away and proceeded to say “it’s not on us the order is screwed up” well actually it is because we made it clear. What if someone was deadly allergic to cheese and it was on them tacos and we didn’t look and it ended up taking someone’s life. Well then they fixed everything and we ate. Well, when we was finished we was going to leave and the amount of food and paper towels and stuff in the floor everywhere is nasty and to the fact one of the workers had gloves on because he was cooking and he grabbed a paper towel with them on and whipped his eye and threw it in the sink and then went back to cooking with those gloves on. You can tell they are lazy with their job and they blame the customers for their mess ups and it isn’t right. Read moreWorst customer service ever. I've been going to this taco bell for years and the past few months the service has went downhill DRAMATICALLY. I literally just left there maybe thirty minutes ago and guess how long it took me to get my food through the drive thru? 24 MINUTES. The time before last in the drive thru it took 20. Soooo, last time maybe 2 weeks ago I remembered how long my past experiences had taken so I went inside to order and get my food to go and it still took twenty plus minutes. While watching the staff they were goofing off and didn't have a care in the world they had people waiting to get their goods. It's ridiculous. Tonight I had had enough and being a person who has spent my career in quality assurance in corporate customer service I figured I should call and voice my complaints. What a frustrating phone call that just was. I ask to speak to a manager and it just so happened to be the gentleman that answered the phone. I told him I had just left the drive through in which it took 24 minutes to get my one combo with only two cars in front of me, neither of which were handed some huge order just single bags and tell him about my similar past few experiences and how their service has went way downhill the past few months and what does he do? Gets a huge attitude with me and suggests I go to a different taco bell a town over if I feel I can get better service there. The audacity was disgraceful. Read moreOrdered two Crunchwraps, one without tomato, three Fiesta Potatoes, a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, and a Five Layer burrito.
The crunchwrap without tomato was burnt. The crunchwrap with tomato was nothing BUT tomato and cheese, and also burnt. The Gordita Crunch was NOT in the bag. The five layer had no beef.
We had also ordered a Gelato, which we were not aware was almost 5$ for 3oz of overpriced lime gelato. This is, however, not on the restaurant, and on Taco Bell corporate.
However, what IS on the restaurant is when we ordered a Vanilla Limonada Freeze the months before: an item that's 5$ on their board: and was hit with a 8.50$ charge for the item.
We had gotten a diet drink as well which was not only not labeled as diet, but also had almost no syrup in it, making it nothing more than green-tinted carbonated water.
This location has been consistently getting worse since 2020. Do not order here unless you're OK with missing food, food made improperly, improperly labeled drinks, and rude staff during the evening.
