When I write these reviews I try to be fair in terms of stating when a place tries to make things right, But no one ever gets their time back, and there's something to be said for doing things right the first time.

This location used to receive five stars from me consistently. I LOVE their sandwiches. But at some point, they "decided" they were just going to ignore what was on my ticket every other time I visited.

According to Google I haven't been to this location in two years, but I just decided I'd get a sub. If I hadn't noticed I had enough points to get a free regular sandwich I probably wouldn't have.

I order using the app. It gave me a ready time. I'm pretty sure they started making my sub after I got there. Based on experience, I checked it before I left, and it had been made wrong. They offered to remake it. Again, based on experience I should have spelled out everything that had gone into the original order, but there's still something to be said for just doing things right.

The second sandwich was "right" but it was missing things. They offered to make it right-right but by that point I was frustrated and just wanted to leave.

It's my normal practice to raise the review for a place I like back to five stars when I return and have a good experience. I just don't know when I'm ever...

It disappoints me greatly to be writing/changing this review, because: I still love their food. It's far and away among the best of my local options. The convenience of ordering using the app can't be overstated. Messing up my order isn't something I've generally associated with the locations in my area, and usually they do more than the bare minimum to make things right on the occasions they mess up my order.

With all of that said, it has become tiring to have it be a coin flip as to whether or not I'm going to have to drive to this location twice in the same night: once to pick up my order, and again to pick up my remade order. If the app gives users options to make changes to orders and space to add instructions but you're not going to follow those instructions half the time then why even have them?

My normal practice is to return my ratings to normal once I've had a positive experience, but I never promise that I will give a place that chance soon. That said, I enjoy your food and hope that I'll be back again...
