Subway — Restaurant in Christiansburg

Horrible experience today at this location. Two lady’s were behind the counter, one preparing food one checking out customers. One preparing food was visibly distraught acting very irritated at everything. She took my order reluctantly, threw it in toaster and slammed the door shut in frustration. When the timer went off she threw my sub onto the counter so hard causing a portion of it to spill into an empty tomato container below. She looks at me and proceeds to pick up the portion that fell off and puts it back on my sub. I did not say anything in this moment and proceeded to have her put on the rest of the toppings. Once completed, I stated, “I think you need to be sent home”. She responded and said, “yes, I sure do”. I reply, “ well, where is your manger they should be informed”. The lady behind the register jumps in and states, “oh she is the manager, we just had alot of work left for us today so that’s why she’s acting like that”. I just shook my head and said, “it’s a problem when you let it affect your customers” and left it be.

I don't typically take the time to write reviews, but this is probably the worst restaurant place I've been to. Period. Had to repeat my order multiple times, stingy with ad-ons (I mean, they are seriously only allowed to put items on like 3 at a time. You have to keep asking for more). And at the check out, my order was still wrung up incorrectly. I just left it, it wasn't worth the extra time to correct it. The poor woman behind me had to wait for several minutes to find out if she was allowed to substitute something...she wasn't. Needless to say I will never be returning to this location, especially with the several other Subways located in the area, who are all far superior to this store. Final grievance, they don't even have napkins out for customers. When we asked for some, we were told they were provided with our sandwich. 1 napkin a piece....

Came into the store while two employees are going on and on about drama and nonsense about other employees infront of me I proceed to to give my order (as they still go on about this) make what I thought was my sandwich got all the way home on the opposite side of christiansburg to find out they completely gave me someone else's order wrapped up. I called and was told basically nothing can be done about it that I have to bring said sandwich back if I want anything done. First of all don't be gossiping in a work establishment while customers are are present ESPECIALLY while making someone's food and NOT paying attention. Absolutely ridiculous and the sad part is I haven't been to this subway location in over a year because of nasty behavior prior. Definitely won't be back and don't recommend unless you want to watch them like...
